The luxurious hotel has 526 rooms, nestled amidst breathtaking natural landscapes. Within the complex, you will find 3 swimming pools (whirlpool, main pool, and sports pool), 1 playground, a large garden area, and a tennis court. Double Room

The double rooms are approx. 37 m² and feature a bath/WC, TV, air conditioning, minibar, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee maker, safe, iron, king-size or double bed, and a balcony (PR1/PR2/PPR/SPR). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View (PTZ).

Double Room Near Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are in a preferred location. They also include a bathrobe (NPS).

Junior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms but are more spacious with garden or pool view and a balcony, as well as concierge service (JS2).

Premium Superior Double Room Near Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are in close proximity to the beach. They are completely renovated, offer a bathrobe, sound system, and daily turn-down service (DZY).

Junior Suite Near Beach

The junior suite is 43 m² and has the same amenities as the Junior Suite with a king-size bed and is located in close proximity to the beach. It also offers daily turn-down service and concierge service, as well as a sound system, bathrobe, and beach towels in the room (JB2/JNB/JNE).

Family Room

Consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (DF2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults occupancy, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Suite Ocean Front (PUJ392I)

The approx. 52 m² suites offer a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with seating, and a bathroom with shower/WC. They also have a hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, and balcony (O2F/O1F).

Suite Roof Top Private Pool (PUJ392I)

With approx. 82 m², these suites extend over two floors and offer plenty of space. They are located on the top floors and are only bookable for guests aged 18 and over. Amenities include a terrace with a pool and sun loungers, a king-size bed, TV, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony (SRT).

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
