The beautiful holiday complex is located opposite the enchanting islands of Saona and Catalina and covers an area of 25,000 m², just a few steps away from the region's beaches. Punta Cana Airport is approx. 50 minutes away by car.

Facilities

The hotel complex extends over a total area of more than 25,000 m² and offers 403 comfortably furnished rooms. In addition to a variety of specialty restaurants ("Bambu" - oriental cuisine, "Il Palco" - Italian cuisine, "Viva Mexico" - Mexican cuisine, "25" specialty restaurant, "Palito de Coco" specialty restaurant, "La Roca" - Mediterranean cuisine in buffet style, Viva Café - International, Atlantis (Seafood Restaurant with reservation), Fusion Latino, Café Dominicus, Tiki Bar, Crêperie), the resort also has a boutique, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, a spa and fitness room, a sauna, a whirlpool and a beauty salon for a fee. Furthermore, guests have access to the "Viva Diving" dive center, a theater, and an air-conditioned disco. The beautiful pool area offers a separate children's pool, a whirlpool, and a pool bar. Double Room Superior

The rooms have 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, ironing board and iron, 32 LCD cable TV, mini-fridge (refilled only upon arrival), rental safe, balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU/DEU/KDS/UK2). Superior Plus

With the same amenities as the superior rooms, the rooms are more modern and feature a 48 LCD cable TV (HG2/HG1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
