The hotel complex covers a total area of over 25,000 m² and offers 403 comfortably furnished rooms. In addition to a variety of specialty restaurants ("Bambu"-oriental cuisine, "Il Palco"-Italian cuisine, "Viva Mexico"-Mexican cuisine, "25" specialty restaurant, "Palito de Coco" specialty restaurant, "La Roca"-Mediterranean buffet cuisine, Viva Café-International, Atlantis (Seafood Restaurant with reservation), Fusion Latino, Café Domincus, Tiki Bar, Crêperie), the resort also features a boutique, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, a spa and fitness room, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a beauty salon (for a fee). The rooms are equipped with 2 queen-size or 1 king-size bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, ironing board and iron, 32 LCD cable TV, mini-fridge (refilled only upon arrival), safe for rent, balcony or terrace with garden view (DSU/DEU/KDS/UK2). With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these rooms are more modern and feature a 48 LCD cable TV (HG2/HG1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

Between April and December, due to wind, temperature, and currents, there may be an increased presence of seaweed and algae. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of special equipment, which can cause some noise.
