The beautiful resort is located opposite the enchanting islands of Saona and Catalina and covers an area of 25,000 m², just a few steps away from the region's beaches. Punta Cana Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

The hotel complex covers a total area of over 25,000 m² and offers 403 comfortably furnished rooms. In addition to a variety of specialty restaurants ("Bambu" - oriental cuisine, "Il Palco" - Italian cuisine, "Viva Mexico" - Mexican cuisine, "25" specialty restaurant, "Palito de Coco" specialty restaurant, Viva Café-International, Atlantis (seafood restaurant upon reservation)), the resort features Café Dominicus, Tiki Bar, a crêperie, as well as a boutique, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, a spa and fitness room, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a beauty salon for a fee. Furthermore, guests have access to the "Viva Diving" center, a theater, and an air-conditioned disco. The beautiful pool area offers a separate children's pool, a whirlpool, and a pool bar. Superior Plus

With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these rooms are more modern and feature a 48" LCD cable TV (HG2/HG1).

The rooms feature two queen-size beds or one king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, ironing board and iron, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, rental safe, as well as a small terrace with garden view (B12).

In the buffet/snack restaurant "La Terracita": breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00, dinner from 18:30 to 22:00, as well as snacks from 11:00 to 18:00. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the open bars, including the Placita Bar from 07:00 to 00:00 and the Tiki Bar from 09:00 to 17:00. Fruit service at the beach (twice daily), tea time, dance lessons, taxes, and gratuities. The Placita Pool and the Tiki Pool are available daily from 08:00 to 20:00.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
