The hotel, furnished in Caribbean style, has 854 rooms spread over 2 floors. Let yourself be pampered and enjoy the exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests), or the six à la carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, International, Brazilian, and pizza dishes as well as seafood for a fee). Relax in the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the over 9 bars (including beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). There is also a grill, a café, and a food truck. The evening entertainment is rounded off by the hotel's own theater, a game room, and 2 function rooms (up to 240 people). Or dive into the swimming pool; loungers and towels are included/also on the beach. The latter also has 2 whirlpools and a separate children's pool.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
