The hotel, furnished in Caribbean style, has 854 rooms spread across 2 floors. Treat yourself and enjoy exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests), or the six à la carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, International, Brazilian, and Pizza dishes, as well as seafood for a fee). Relax in the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the over 9 bars (including beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). There is also a grill, a cafe, and a food truck. The evening program is rounded off by the hotel's own theater, a game room, and 2 meeting rooms (up to 240 people). Or take a dip in the swimming pool; sun loungers and towels are included/also available on the beach. The beach also features 2 whirlpools and a separate children's pool.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
