This hotel, decorated in a Caribbean style, has 854 rooms spread over 2 floors. Indulge yourself and enjoy the exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests) or the six à-la-carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, International, Brazilian, and pizza dishes as well as seafood for a fee). Relax at the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the 9+ bars (including a beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). Furthermore, there is a grill, a café, and a food truck. The evening program is rounded off by the hotel's own theater, a game room, and 2 function rooms (up to 240 people). Alternatively, take a dip in the swimming pool; loungers and towels are included, also at the beach. The pool area also features 2 whirlpools and a separate children's pool.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a frequent increase in brown algae (sargassum) in the Caribbean can be observed. This may affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause slight background noise.
