The hotel, decorated in Caribbean style, features 854 rooms spread across 2 floors. Indulge yourself and enjoy exclusive service in one of the two buffet restaurants (one for Sun Club guests), or the six à la carte restaurants (alternating Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, International, Brazilian, and pizza dishes, as well as seafood for a fee). Relax at the beach restaurant (for a fee) or one of the 9+ bars (including beach bar, lobby bar, pool bar, and snack bar). Additionally, there is a grill, a café, and a food truck. The evening entertainment is rounded off by the hotel's own theater, a game room, and 2 function rooms (up to 240 people). Alternatively, take a dip in the swimming pool; loungers and towels are included, also at the beach. The pool area also features 2 whirlpools and a separate children's pool.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are frequently observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are actively working to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of equipment, which may generate some noise.
