Location

The well-known holiday hotel is located in the Titreyengöl area, approx. 600 m from the extensive sandy/pebble beach. The centre of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The chic holiday complex has a total of 239 rooms spread over five floors (two lifts available). Amenities include an attractive reception hall with seating areas, an LCD satellite TV corner and lobby bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), the buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with advance reservation between May 1st and October 31st) and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). A game center and internet café, conference room, various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snackbar, sun terrace, separate children's pool, and two water slides (operating on an hourly basis/weather permitting). Our guests can use the beach/snackbar on the hotel's own beach section. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. All outdoor facilities will be available from May 1st.
Winter:
- Indoor pool open from November 1st to April 30th.
- Water slides are closed.

Accommodation

Double room

The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates on an hourly basis), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, safe for rent, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter 25/26, rooms on the upper floors can be booked at an additional charge (E2O). Double room for single use (DE/E1O). Available for single use at more favorable conditions and in limited numbers during the pre- and post-season (DEA/DEB/DEC).
Additionally bookable under AYTC25 as "Double Room Type A" (DA) with similar amenities, but slightly larger.

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE/ESX).

Large double room

These rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms, with otherwise identical amenities, and feature bunk beds for children (D2X).
(Also bookable under AYTC25 with D22).

Family room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door and a bathroom (DF2).

Wellness double room

These are double rooms. Additional services for guests aged 16 and over include: bathrobe, Wi-Fi, wine and fruit basket on arrival, laundry service for up to 5 kg once a week, and free use of the safe (Winter 2025/26 DWE / Summer 2025 DA). Double room for single use (Winter 2025/26 DW1 / Summer 2025 DEA).

Family room Type A

Garden family rooms are 35 m² and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door. The private children's pool on the terrace is 45 cm deep. The purpose of these rooms is for children to enjoy the pool under parental supervision while parents enjoy the sun and tranquility, keeping a watchful eye on their children in peace (2FA).

Comfort room (Winter)

The room has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates on an hourly basis), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, safe for rent, laminate flooring, and balcony. For stays of 14 nights or more, a 15-minute back massage, a fruit basket, and wine are provided in the room, and a weekly 5 kg laundry service is available free of charge (2CD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included until April 30th from 10 AM to 11 PM, and from May 1st onwards from 10 AM to 12 AM at the bars that are open. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Various imported drinks, drinks in the mini-bar apart from still water, fresh fruit juices.

Sports included

One hard tennis court (rackets and balls for a deposit), table tennis, and a small fitness room.
