Location

The well-known holiday hotel is located in the Titreyengöl area, approximately 600 m from the expansive sand/pebble beach. The town center of Side is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The chic holiday destination features a total of 239 rooms spread over five floors (two elevators available). Various amenities include the appealing lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, LCD satellite TV corner and lobby bar, Wi-Fi (free of charge in the lobby, for a fee in the rooms and public areas), the buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant (included once per stay for stays of 7 nights from May 1 to October 31, with prior reservation), and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). A game center as well as an internet café, conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the garden area, you will find the freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snack bar, sun terrace, separate children's pool, and two water slides (hourly/weather permitting during the summer season). At the hotel's own beach section (from May 1 and during the summer season), a beach/snack bar is available for our guests. Sunbeds, cushions, and sunshades are included at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. All outdoor facilities will only be available from May 1.
Winter:
- Indoor pool open from Nov 1 to Apr 30.
- Water slides are closed.

Accommodation

Double room

The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated hourly), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter 26/27, rooms on the upper floors can be booked for an extra charge (E2O). Double room = single room for sole use (DE/E1O). Can be booked at more favorable terms and in limited numbers for sole use during the low season (DEA/DEB/DEC).
Additionally bookable under AYTC25 as "Double room Type A" (DA) with similar amenities, but slightly larger.

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms (SSZ/SSX). Double room = single room for sole use (SSE/ESX).

Large double room

These are slightly larger than the double rooms with otherwise the same amenities and feature a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (convertible) (D2X).

Family room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door and one bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV (DF2).

Wellness double room

These are double rooms with a bath/WC. Additional services from age 16 include: bathrobe, Wi-Fi, wine and fruit basket upon arrival, laundry service up to 5 kg once per week, and free use of the safe (DWE). Double room = single room for sole use (DW1).

Family room Type A

Garden family rooms are 35 m² in size and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door. The private children's pool on the terrace is 45 cm deep. The purpose of these rooms is for children to enjoy the pool under parental supervision, while parents can enjoy the sun and peace while keeping an eye on their children in complete comfort (2FA).

Comfort room (winter)

The room has 2 bedrooms and is furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated hourly), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony. For stays of 14 nights or more, a 15-minute back massage, fruit basket, and wine are provided in the room, and a weekly 5 kg laundry service is available free of charge (2CD).

Superior double room

The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated hourly), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (DSU). This room category includes some additional services.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the currently open bars from 10 am to 11 pm until April 30 and from 10 am to midnight from May 1. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Various imported drinks, drinks in the minibar except for still water, fresh fruit juices.
