The well-known holiday hotel is located in the Titreyengöl area, approx. 600 m from the extensive sand/pebble beach. The center of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The chic holiday resort has a total of 239 rooms on five floors (two elevators available). Various amenities include an appealing reception area with a reception, inviting seating areas, LCD satellite TV corner and lobby bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), the buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant (included once per stay from May 1st to October 31st with prior reservation), and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). A game center, internet café, conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snackbar, sun terrace, separate children's pool, and two water slides (seasonal/weather permitting). Our guests can use the beach/snackbar on the hotel's private beach section. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. All outdoor facilities will be available from May 1st.
Winter:
- Indoor pool open from November 1st to April 30th.
- Water slides are closed.

Accommodation

Double Room

The spacious rooms are elegantly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates on an hourly basis), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter 25/26, rooms on the upper floors can be booked for an extra charge (E2O). Double room for single use (DE/E1O). Available for single use at more favorable conditions and in limited numbers during the early and late season (DEA/DEB/DEC).
Additionally bookable under AYTC25 as "Double Room Type A" (DA) with similar features but slightly larger.

Super Saver Room

Identical to double rooms (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE/ESX).

Large Double Room

With otherwise identical features, these rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms and have bunk beds for children (D2X).
(Additionally bookable under AYTC25 with D22).

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door and a bathroom (DF2).

Wellness Double Room

These are double rooms. Additional services for guests aged 16 and over include: bathrobe, Wi-Fi, wine and fruit basket upon arrival, laundry service (up to 5 kg) once a week, and free use of the safe (Wi'25/26 DWE/Sum'25 DA). Double room for single use (Wi'25/26 DW1/Sum'25 DEA).

Family Room Type A

Garden Family Rooms are 35 m² and have two bedrooms with a connecting door. The private children's pool on the terrace is 45 cm deep. The purpose of these rooms is for children to enjoy the pool under parental supervision while parents enjoy the sun and quiet, keeping an eye on their children with peace of mind (2FA).

Comfort Room (Winter)

The room has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operates on an hourly basis), mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony. For stays of 14 nights or more, a 15-minute back massage, fruit basket, and wine will be provided in the room, and a weekly 5 kg laundry service is available free of charge (2CD).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included until April 30th from 10 AM to 11 PM and from May 1st from 10 AM to 12 AM at the open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Various imported drinks, drinks in the minibar except still water, fresh fruit juices.

Sports Included

One tennis hard court (rackets and balls available for deposit), table tennis, and a small fitness room.
