The holiday hotel is situated amidst the shady Sorgun forest and directly on the long, steeply sloping sandy/pebble beach. Side is approx. 4 km away, Manavgat city is approx. 5 km away. Taxis and public minibuses to both directions are available in front of the hotel.

The architecturally interesting holiday resort has a total of 463 rooms spread over six floors (four lifts available). The various hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with terrace area, several à la carte restaurants (one dinner per stay included upon prior reservation and availability; further visits for a fee), various bars, conference rooms, disco, satellite TV, mini-market, boutique, and hairdresser, as well as the show center for evening shows (May 1st - Oct 30th). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge in the rooms, public areas, and on the pier. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with several water slides (minimum height 120cm and maximum 120kg limit) and snack stations, as well as a splash pool for children (seasonal), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests here and on the beach with a beach/snack bar (and jetty open from May 1st - Sep 30th; weather permitting). The sun terrace offers loungers with integrated cushions.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operational depending on weather and hours), minibar, kettle, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). For single use at certain times with more favorable conditions, side sea view (I2X) or sea view (DMA) can be booked = Double Room for single use (EIS/AME).

Couple Double Room

The rooms with modern decoration have the same amenities as the double rooms with a French bed or twin beds, shower/WC, and side sea view (DIS). Sea view is bookable at an additional charge (DMI).

Large Double Room (Summer2025)

In addition to having the same size and amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature bunk beds for children (D2X).

Family Room Side Sea View (Superior Family Room)

These rooms with side sea view consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms with shower/WC. One room has a double bed, and the other has two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed (FS2). Sea view is bookable at an additional charge (F2M).

Family Suite Sea View

These suites with sea view have, apart from the same amenities as the double rooms, an additional bedroom (the main bedroom has a double bed and the other room has two single beds) with a connecting door, and a whirlpool on the balcony (there are steps in the entrance area of both bedrooms) (SFM).

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these feature an additional living area with a kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower/WC, as well as direct sea view (2DF).

No culinary wishes remain unfulfilled: enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from abundant buffets, continental late riser breakfast, various snacks and ice cream at the snack bar during the day, coffee/tea at the Arcanus Coffee House (Summer 25) and ice cream service in the patisserie, as well as a bistro open from 4 PM to 7 AM. Various local alcoholic beverages, including well-known imported spirits, as well as non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open at any given time, within the scope of the concept. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
