Location

The holiday hotel is located amidst the shady Sorgun forest and directly on the extensive, steeply sloping sand/pebble beach. The resort of Side is approx. 4 km away, and the city of Manavgat approx. 5 km away. Taxi and public minibus connections in both directions are available in front of the hotel.

The architecturally interesting holiday resort has a total of 463 rooms on six floors (four lifts available). The various hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (one dinner per stay included with prior reservation and subject to availability; further visits for a fee), various bars, conference rooms, a disco, satellite TV, a mini-market, boutique and hairdresser, as well as the show center for evening shows (May 1st - Oct 30th). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge in the room, in public areas and at the pier. In the well-kept garden complex, there is a freshwater swimming pool landscape with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with several water slides and snack stations, and a splash pool for children (at certain hours), sun terraces and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests here and at the beach with a beach/snack bar (and a bathing jetty open from May 1st - Sep 30th; weather permitting). Sun loungers with integrated cushions are available on the sun terrace.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and operated at certain hours), minibar, kettle, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with partial sea view or direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM). At certain times with more favorable conditions, partial sea view (I2X) or sea view (DMA) can be booked = DZ=EZ for single use (EIS/AME)

Couple Double Room

The rooms with modern decoration have the same amenities as the double rooms with a French bed or twin beds, shower/WC, and partial sea view (DIS). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMI).

Large Double Room (Summer 2025)

The rooms have the same size and amenities as the double rooms, but with bunk beds for children (D2X).

Family Room Partial Sea View (Superior Family Room)

The rooms with partial sea view consist of two bedrooms with an interconnecting door and two bathrooms with shower/WC. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds and a fold-out sofa bed (FS2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).
 

Family Suite Sea View

The suites with sea view have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with an additional bedroom (the main bedroom has a double bed and the other room has two single beds) with an interconnecting door and a whirlpool on the balcony (there are steps in the entrance area of both bedrooms) (SFM).

Deluxe Family Room

With similar amenities to the family rooms, they have an additional living room with a kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower/WC, as well as direct sea view (2DF).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

No wish remains unfulfilled; you receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, a continental late riser breakfast, various snacks and ice cream at the snack bar during the day, coffee/tea in the Arcanus coffee house (Summer 25) and ice cream service in the patisserie, as well as a bistro open from 4 PM to 7 AM. Various local alcoholic beverages, including well-known imported spirits, as well as non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars within the concept. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
