Location

The holiday hotel is situated amidst the shady Sorgun forest and directly on the long, steeply sloping sand/gravel beach. Side is approx. 4 km away, Manavgat town approx. 5 km away. Taxis and public minibus connections to both destinations are available in front of the hotel.

The architecturally interesting holiday resort has a total of 463 rooms spread over six floors (four lifts available). The hotel's amenities include a spacious reception area with a comfortable seating area and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one dinner per stay included upon prior reservation and subject to availability; further visits are charged), several bars, conference rooms, a discotheque, satellite TV, a mini-market, a boutique and a hairdresser, as well as the show center for evening shows (May 1st-Oct 30th). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in rooms, public areas, and at the pier. The well-maintained gardens feature a freshwater swimming pool area with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with several water slides and snack stations, and a splash pool for children (open at specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests here and on the beach with a beach/snack bar (and a bathing jetty open from May 1st-Sept 30th; weather permitting). Sun loungers on the sun terrace have integrated cushions.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and operates at specific hours), mini-bar, kettle, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view or direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM). At certain times, side sea view (I2X) or sea view (DMA) are bookable at more favorable conditions = DZ=EZ for single use (EIS/AME).

Couple Double Room

The rooms with modern decoration have the same amenities as the double rooms, with a French bed or twin beds, shower/WC, and side sea view (DIS). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMI).

Large Double Room (Summer2025)

In addition to the same size and amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a bunk bed for children (D2X).

Family Room with Side Sea View (Superior Family Room)

These rooms with side sea view consist of two bedrooms with an connecting door and two bathrooms with shower/WC. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed (FS2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Family Suite Sea View

These suites with sea view, otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms, feature an additional bedroom (the main bedroom has a double bed and the other room has two single beds) with a connecting door, and a whirlpool on the balcony (there are steps at the entrance of both bedrooms) (SFM).

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these rooms feature an additional living area with a kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower/WC, as well as direct sea view (2DF).

Ultra All Inclusive

No wishes will be left unfulfilled. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from lavish buffets, a continental late riser breakfast, various snacks and ice cream at the snack bar during the day, coffee/tea at the Arcanus Coffee House (Summer 25), and ice cream service at the patisserie, as well as a bistro open from 4 PM to 7 AM. Various local alcoholic beverages, including well-known imported spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars within the concept. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
