Location

The hotel, located in the heart of the Side-Kumköy tourist region, opened its doors in summer 2024 and is situated on one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Turkish Riviera, just 1.7 km away. A regular shuttle service to the beach is offered. In the vicinity, there are various entertainment and shopping facilities, public minibus connections, and taxis are available in close proximity to the hotel.

Among the many amenities are the spacious reception hall with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms, including. The main restaurant with terrace, various A la carte restaurants (once per stay subject to availability, reservation required), various bars and the patisserie. Various shops and a hairdresser (for a fee each), the heated indoor pool (open in winter season) and the modernly equipped wellness area. In the outdoor area, there are not only the freshwater pools, one of which is an activity pool where action is part of the daily program, the Aqua Park* with many water slides (hourly), which will be not only the most modern but also the most exciting. With the rich offer, action and boredom have no chance here. This also applies to the Dream Wonderland (hourly) for children with its own slide park and two large children's pools. The hotel's own, fine-sandy, shallow-sloping sandy beach is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, sunbeds with mattresses, umbrellas and bath towels are of course included. The Aquapark is open from April 15th to October 15th, before and after that depending on the weather, use with max. body height 120cm.
The QUM VILLAGE area
The exclusive All-Inclusive-Plus concept applies exclusively to Qum Village, which has 27 exclusive rooms. As a guest of the Adults-Only area (18+), you have the opportunity to use Dream Fun World and Dream Water World free of charge daily.
Note: Both of these hotels offer their own All-Inclusive concept.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortable rooms, approximately 25 m², consist of one room and have a floor-to-ceiling shower/WC, telephone, hairdryer, card lock system, central air conditioning (operates on an hourly basis), satellite TV with music channel, minibar (water and mineral water), kettle with coffee/tea set, safe (rental), direct dial telephone and Wi-Fi (incl.), laminate flooring and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double Room Swim-Up

The rooms are equipped similarly, are approx. 28 m² in size, and have direct pool access, which can only be used by the swim-up rooms. They have a large balcony that cannot be seen by neighbors (SWD). Also bookable as double room = single use in summer '26 (SWE). For safety reasons, only bookable with children aged 12+ years.
 

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger (approx. 30 m²) and can accommodate a maximum of 3+1 or 2+2 (DA).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom, each room has its own TV and is approx. 40 m² in size (DF2). Family rooms with 2 bathrooms can be booked at an additional charge (2FA).

Family Room Duplex

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms in maisonette style and have 1 bathroom/WC, each room has its own TV. and are approx. 40 m² in size (DUF).

Qum Village Room

Guests of the Qum Village rooms (from 18 years old) can also use the Dream Water World hotel. In addition, an exclusive AI-Plus concept applies. The room is located in the Qum Village area on the third floor (DB). Can be booked for an additional charge with a whirlpool in the room on the second floor (DC) or on the ground floor with a terrace and direct pool access (DD).

Superior Pool View

The amenities are identical to the double rooms, but they also offer pool view, a complimentary introductory massage (15 min), an additional use of the A la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount at the spa (DSP). Single room = double room for single use (DST/ZSE)

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea, waffles and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay you can dine in one of the three à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and with prior reservation). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. The minibar is replenished daily with water and mineral water as needed.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported drinks, drinks after 12 a.m., freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream on the beach.

Ultra All Inclusive (Qum Village Room)

In the minibar in all rooms, canned beer, non-alcoholic canned drinks, bottled water and mineral water, mixed nuts, chocolate, and chips are replenished daily. Capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee set are available in the rooms, a higher standard of bathroom amenities, the Qum Village Bistro-Snack-Restaurant from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. with freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Additionally, all drinks served by the glass, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with freshly squeezed fruit juices at the bar. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., ice cream on a stick and fresh regional fruit (depending on the season). From 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., imported and domestic alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served by the glass are included.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Bottled drinks.

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, archery, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, and much more are available to you. Additionally, a modern and functional, generously equipped fitness room is available.
