Location

Located in the heart of the Side-Kumköy tourist region, this hotel opened its doors in summer 2024 and is situated on one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Turkish Riviera, just 1.7 km away. A regular shuttle service to the beach is provided. In the vicinity, you'll find various entertainment and shopping options, with public minibus connections and taxis readily available near the hotel.

Among the many amenities are a spacious reception hall with a reception desk, elevators, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, with Wi-Fi included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per stay, with advance reservation included), several bars, and a patisserie. Shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), the heated indoor pool (open during winter season), and the modernly equipped wellness area. The outdoor area features not only freshwater pools, one of which is an activity pool for a dynamic daily schedule, but also an Aqua Park* with numerous water slides, promising the most exciting and modern rides. With such a rich offering, boredom stands no chance here. This also applies to the Dream Wonderland (hourly) for children, with its own slide park and two large children's pools. The hotel's own fine sandy beach with a gentle slope is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bars, sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are naturally included. The water park is open from April 15th to October 15th; before and after these dates, it is weather-dependent. Maximum height for use is 120cm.
The QUM VILLAGE area
The exclusive All-Inclusive-Plus concept applies exclusively to the Qum Village, which has 27 exclusive rooms. As a guest of the Adults-Only area (18+), you have the opportunity to use the Dream Fun World and Dream Water World free of charge daily.
Note: The All-Inclusive concept offered at each location applies to these two hotels respectively.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortable rooms, approximately 25 m², consist of one room and feature a floor-level shower/WC, telephone, hairdryer, key card lock system, central air conditioning (operates on an hourly basis), satellite TV with music channels, minibar (water and mineral water), kettle with coffee/tea set, safe (rental fee), direct dial telephone, and Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Double Room Swim-Up

The rooms are similarly equipped, approximately 28 m², and offer direct access to a pool exclusively for swim-up room guests. They feature a large balcony that is not overlooked by neighbors (SWD). Available as double room for single use (SWE) in Summer '26. For safety reasons, only bookable for guests aged 12 years and older.

Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger (approx. 30 m²) and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children (DA).

Family Room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms with an interconnecting door and one bathroom. Each room has its own TV and is approximately 40 m² in size (DF2). Family rooms with 2 bathrooms are available for an extra charge (2FA).

Family Room Duplex

With amenities similar to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms in a maisonette style and feature 1 bathroom/WC. Each room has its own TV and is approximately 40 m² in size (DUF).

Qum Village Room

Guests of the Qum Village Rooms (18+ years old) can also use the Dream Water World hotel. An exclusive AI-Plus concept also applies. The room is located in the Qum Village area on the third floor (DB). Available at an additional charge with a whirlpool in the room on the second floor (DC) or on the ground floor with a terrace and direct pool access (DD).

Superior Pool View

These rooms are identical in amenities to the double rooms, additionally offering pool view, a complimentary introductory massage (15 min), an extra visit to the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount at the spa (DSP). Single Room = Double Room for single use (DST/ZSE).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Late risers' breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea, waffles, and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay, you can dine in one of the three à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation required). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The minibar is replenished daily with water and mineral water as needed.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported drinks, drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream at the beach.

Ultra All Inclusive (Qum Village Room)

The minibar in all rooms is stocked daily with canned beer, canned soft drinks, bottled water and mineral water, mixed nuts, chocolate, and chips. A capsule coffee machine, kettle, and tea and coffee set are available in the rooms. Higher standard of bathroom amenities. The Qum Village Bistro-Snack Restaurant serves from 7 AM to 8 PM with fresh orange juice for breakfast. Additionally, all drinks are served by the glass, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with freshly squeezed fruit juices at the bar. From 10 AM to 5 PM, ice cream and fresh local fruit (seasonal) are available. From 10 AM to midnight, imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included by the glass.

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, archery, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, and much more are available to you. Additionally, there is a modern, functional, and generously equipped fitness room.
