Location

Located in the heart of the tourist region of Side-Kumköy, this hotel opened its doors in the summer of 2024. It is situated on one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Turkish Riviera, only 1.7 km away. A regular shuttle service to the beach is provided. In the immediate vicinity, there are various entertainment and shopping options; public minibus connections and taxis are available right next to the hotel.

The many amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex and in the rooms. There is a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one included per stay based on availability, by prior reservation), several bars, and a patisserie. Various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee), a heated indoor pool (open during the winter season), and a modern wellness area are available. The outdoor area features not only freshwater pools—one of which is an active pool where action is part of the daily schedule—but also an Aqua Park* with many water slides (open hourly), which are designed to be the most modern and exciting ones. With such a wide range of offerings, there is no chance for boredom here. The same applies to the Dream Wonderland (open hourly) for children, which features its own slide park and two large children's pools. The hotel's own fine, gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for families with children. Beach and snack bar, sun loungers, sunshades, and pool towels are naturally included there. The Aqua Park is open from 15.4 to 15.10; before and after this period, it is weather-dependent and intended for users with a maximum height of 120 cm.
The QUM VILLAGE Area:
The exclusive All-Inclusive-Plus concept applies exclusively to Qum Village, which has 27 exclusive rooms. As a guest of this adults-only area (18+), you have the daily opportunity to use the Dream Fun World as well as the Dream Water World facilities free of charge.
Note: The respective All-Inclusive concepts offered in those two hotels apply.

Accommodation

Double Room

These comfortable rooms are approximately 25 m² in size and consist of one room with a floor-level shower/WC, telephone, hairdryer, key card system, central air conditioning (operating hourly), satellite TV with music channel, minibar (water and mineral water), electric kettle with coffee/tea set, rental safe, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ is a double room for single use (DE).

Double Room Swim-Up

These rooms have similar equipment, are approximately 28 m² in size, and offer direct pool access, which is reserved exclusively for the guests of the Swim-Up rooms. They feature a large balcony that is not visible to neighbors (SWD). In Summer '26, also available as DZ=EZ for single use (SWE). For safety reasons, only bookable for children aged 12 and up.

Double Room Type A

With equipment similar to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger (approx. 30 m²) and offer space for a maximum of 3+1 or 2+2 guests (DA).

Family Room

With equipment similar to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom. Each room has its own TV and they are approximately 40 m² in size (DF2). Family rooms with 2 bathrooms can be booked for an extra charge (2FA).

Family Room Duplex

With equipment similar to the double rooms, these rooms consist of 2 rooms in maisonette style and feature 1 bathroom/WC. Each room has its own TV and they are approximately 40 m² in size (DUF).

Qum Village Room

Guests of the Qum Village rooms (18 years and older) can additionally use the Dream Water World hotel. Furthermore, an exclusive AI-Plus concept applies. The room is located in the Qum Village area on the third floor (DB). Can be booked with a surcharge for a room with a whirlpool on the second floor (DC) or on the ground floor with a terrace and direct pool access (DD).

Superior Pool View

These are identical to the double rooms in terms of equipment and additionally offer pool views, a complimentary taster massage (15 min), additional access to the à la carte restaurants, a beach bag, and a 20% discount in the spa (DSP). EZ = DZ for single use (DST/ZSE).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea, waffles, and pastries, as well as a midnight snack. Once per stay, you can dine in one of the three à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and by prior reservation). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to midnight. The minibar is refilled daily with water and mineral water as needed.

Not included in All Inclusive

All imported drinks, drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream on the beach.

Ultra All Inclusive (Qum Village Rooms)

The minibar in all rooms is refilled daily with canned beer, non-alcoholic canned beverages, bottled water and mineral water, mixed nuts, chocolate, and chips. Capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and tea/coffee set are available in the rooms. High-end bathroom amenities, the Qum Village Bistro snack restaurant open between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM with freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Additionally, all drinks in glasses as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with freshly squeezed fruit juices at the bar. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ice cream on a stick as well as fresh fruit from the region (depending on the season). From 10:00 AM to midnight, imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in glasses are included.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Sports included

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, archery, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, and much more are available to you. Additionally, a modern, functional, and generously equipped fitness room is at your disposal.

Multilingual Mini Club for children from 4 to 12 years old (open hourly during the day), separate children's pool, children's restaurant with children's buffet for dinner.
