Location

The resort is located directly on a wide, spacious sandy/pebble beach, with some rocky areas in the sea. Manavgat town is approximately 7 km away, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 3 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

Facilities

Summer:
The hotel, part of the well-known Seaden hotel chain, features a total of 356 rooms spread across the nine-story main building (lifts available). Amenities include a spacious reception area with seating and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservations and availability required), several bars, and a discotheque (00:00-02:00, entry and drinks are free). There is also an attractive wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Additionally, various shops and a hairdresser are available (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The beautiful garden area boasts a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snackbar, a swim-up pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge here and at the hotel's private beach section (with beach bar).

Accommodation

Double Room

The 35 m² rooms, attractively decorated in light colors, are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, individually adjustable air conditioning, direct dial telephone, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD satellite TV, safe, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) are available at an extra charge. Single occupancy (DE/Summer '26 DEM). Rooms with sea/pool view can be booked (MPD/MPE).

Deluxe Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but slightly larger (38 m²), with sea view, and also feature a whirlpool and sun loungers on the balcony (DDM).

Family Room

These rooms, with similar amenities to the double rooms, offer an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door, side sea view, and one bathroom (2FA). Family rooms with two bathrooms are available at an extra charge (2FB).

Swim Up (Summer)

These comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and direct pool access (SWD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, ice cream and waffles served at specific times, snacks throughout the day, as well as a midnight snack and night buffet. With a minimum stay of 3 nights, you can dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants. A variety of local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the designated bars. Additionally, there is a 24-hour bistro with à la carte service. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, fitness room, boccia, aerobics, water aerobics, beach volleyball and water polo in summer.

Children's program

During summer, a multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 is available for a few hours a day, a mini-disco, a children's corner in the restaurant with a children's buffet, microwave, blender, bottle warmer, and sterilizer.
