Location

The property is located directly on a wide, expansive sand/pebble beach; there are some rocks in the sea. The district town of Manavgat is approximately 7 km away, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 3 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

Facilities

Summer:
The hotel, part of the well-known Seaden hotel chain, features a total of 356 rooms spread across the nine-story main building (lifts available). Various amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception area, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (upon reservation and subject to availability), multiple bars, and a disco (12:00 AM – 2:00 AM, entry and drinks are free of charge), as well as an appealing wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Additionally, there are various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the beautiful garden area, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, a swim-up pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available for free here and at the hotel's own beach section (with a beach bar).

Accommodation

Double Room

The 35 m² rooms are attractively designed in light colors and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, individually adjustable air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, minibar, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, and a balcony (D). Partial sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Rooms facing the sea/pool are available to book (MPD/MPE).

Deluxe Room

These are identical to the double rooms but are slightly larger (38 m²), offer a sea view, and additionally feature a whirlpool and sun loungers on the balcony (DDM).

Family Room

With amenities similar to the double rooms, these offer an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door, a partial sea view, and feature one bathroom (2FA). Family rooms with two bathrooms can be booked for an extra charge (2FB).

Swim Up (Summer)

The comfortably equipped rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers as well as direct pool access (SWD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, hourly ice cream and waffles as well as daytime snacks, plus a midnight snack and late-night buffet. With a minimum stay of 3 nights, you can dine once per week in one of the à la carte restaurants. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Additionally, there is a 24-hour bistro with à la carte service. The mini-fridge is restocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Children's program

In the summer, there is a multilingual mini-club (hourly) for children aged 4 to 12, mini-disco, a children's corner in the restaurant with a children's buffet, microwave, blender, bottle warmer, and sterilizer. Changing tables are also available in public restrooms. Baby monitors are available subject to availability.

Wellness

Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room are included. Massages and all other treatments in the wellness area are subject to a charge.

Active daytime animation with sports and games, and various show programs in the evening.
