Location

The complex is located directly on a wide, expansive sand/pebble beach with some rocks in the sea. The district town of Manavgat is approximately 7 km away, and the picturesque Old Town of Side is about 3 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

Facilities

Summer:
The hotel, part of the well-known Seaden hotel chain, features a total of 356 rooms distributed across the nine-story main building (elevators available). Various amenities include the spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (subject to reservation and availability), several bars, and a nightclub (midnight to 2:00 AM; entrance and drinks are complimentary), as well as the attractive wellness area and indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Additionally, there are various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. The beautiful garden complex features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, swim-up pool bar, and a sun terrace. Here and at the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available to you free of charge.

Accommodation

Double Room

The 35 m² rooms are attractively decorated in light colors and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct-dial telephone, minibar, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, and a balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Rooms facing the sea/pool side can be booked (MPD/MPE).

Deluxe Room

These are identical to the double rooms but slightly larger (38 m²) with a sea view and additionally feature a whirlpool and sun loungers on the balcony (DDM).

Family Room

Offering similar amenities to the double rooms, these include an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door, a side sea view, and one bathroom (2FA). Family rooms with two bathrooms can be booked for an additional charge (2FB).

Swim Up (Summer)

These comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and direct pool access (SWD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, ice cream and waffles at set times, as well as daytime snacks, a midnight snack, and a late-night buffet. With a minimum stay of 3 nights, you can dine once per week in one of the à la carte restaurants. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. In addition, there is a 24-hour bistro with à la carte service. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Children's program

In the summer, a multi-lingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 is available at set hours, along with a mini-disco. The restaurant features a children's corner with a kids' buffet, microwave, blender, bottle warmer, and sterilizer. Additionally, changing tables are located in the public restrooms. Baby monitors are available upon request, subject to availability.

Wellness

Turkish bath, sauna, and steam bath are included. Massages and all other treatments in the wellness area are subject to a charge.

During the day, active animation with sports and games; in the evening, various show programs.
