Location

The resort is located directly on the wide, sprawling sandy/pebble beach, with some rocks in the sea. The district town of Manavgat is about 7 km away, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 3 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

Facilities

Summer:
The hotel of the well-known Seaden hotel chain has a total of 356 rooms distributed across the nine-story main building (elevators available). Various amenities include the spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (by reservation and availability), several bars and a disco (00:00-02:00, entrance and drinks are free), as well as the attractive wellness area and the indoor pool with a separate children's pool. Furthermore, there are various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the beautiful garden area, you will find the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snack bar, a swim-up pool bar, and the sun terrace. Here and at the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge.

Accommodation

Double Room

The 35 m² rooms, attractively designed in light colors, are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, minibar, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, and a balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) are bookable for an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Rooms with sea/pool view can be booked (MPD/MPE).

Deluxe Room

They are identical to the double rooms but slightly larger (38 m²) with sea view and additionally have a whirlpool and sun loungers on the balcony (DDM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they offer an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door, side sea view, and a bathroom (2FA). Family rooms with two bathrooms are bookable for an extra charge (2FB).

Swim Up (Summer)

The comfortably equipped rooms have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, kettle, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and direct pool access (SWD).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, ice cream and waffles served at certain hours, as well as snacks during the day, plus a midnight snack and a night buffet. With a minimum stay of 3 nights, you can dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. There is also a bistro open 24 hours with à la carte service. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Sports Included

Table tennis, darts, fitness room, boccia, aerobics, water aerobics, beach volleyball and water polo in summer.

Children's Program

Colorful children's playground with slides and swings in a well-maintained garden area.
During summer, multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 years at certain hours, mini-disco, children's corner in the restaurant with a children's buffet, microwave, blender, bottle warmer, and sterilizer.
