Location

Located directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Side, which is particularly popular with families. The town of Side is about 2 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus from the main road.

The modern comfort hotel with a total of 750 rooms consists of a central reception building, the resort section with the main building in ancient Egyptian style and several two- to three-story Mediterranean-style garden and beach buildings, spread over a spacious, well-kept garden with shady pine trees on an area of 80,000 m². The main building houses the elegant reception hall with reception, lobby bar, and chic seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (1 included with a minimum stay of 7 nights, subject to availability and prior reservation), various bars, the TV and lounge room, a disco (drinks included until 2 am), a well-equipped wellness and spa center, and a modern indoor pool (not heated). Various shops, a mini-market, and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is offered free of charge in public areas and rooms. In the extensive garden area, weather permitting, there are three freshwater swimming pools, one with six water slides (seasonal operation), a quiet pool, two separate children's pools, sun terraces, lawns, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snackbar). Beach towels are also included.

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably furnished with interesting decorative elements and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central controlled/seasonal, weather permitting), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Available in a 2+2 occupancy under Type A (DA).

Double Room Garden

These rooms are located in the hotel's garden building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individual), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, tiled floor, and balcony (2GD). Double room for single use (1GD).

Double Room Type B

With otherwise identical features to the double rooms, these rooms are located in the new Beach building and are slightly more spacious, featuring individual air conditioning, a shower/WC, tiled floor, and sea view (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Family Room

With otherwise identical features to the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are located in the new resort building and additionally feature a separate living/sleeping area (with connecting door) with garden or side pool view (at the hotel's discretion) (DF2).

Family Suite

With otherwise identical features to the family rooms, these suites are more spacious with garden or side pool view (at the hotel's discretion) (S2).

Garden Family

With otherwise identical features and location to the Garden Double Rooms on the ground floor, these rooms feature two bedrooms with a connecting door (F2G).

Rich buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late risers' breakfast, midnight buffet, snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and ice cream in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
