Location

Directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Side, which is particularly popular with families. The town of Side is approx. 2 km away and can be easily reached by taxi or public minibus from the main road.

The modern comfort hotel with a total of 750 rooms consists of a central reception building, the resort part with the main building in ancient Egyptian style and several two- to three-story Mediterranean-style furnished Garden and Beach buildings, spread over a spacious, well-kept garden with shady pine trees on an area of 80,000 m². The main building houses the elegant reception hall with reception, lobby bar and chic seating areas, the buffet restaurant with terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay in one of the restaurants, subject to availability and prior reservation), various bars, the TV and lounge room, and a discotheque (drinks included until 2 am), the well-equipped wellness and spa center, and a modern indoor pool (not heated). Various shops, mini-market, conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is offered free of charge without limitation in the lobby, pool area and on the beach, and for a fee in the rooms. In the extensive garden area, weather permitting, in addition to three freshwater swimming pools, one of which has six water slides (operates at certain hours), a quiet pool, two separate children's pools, sun terraces, lawns, and the pool/snack bar. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snack bar), sun loungers, mattresses, and sunshades are included for our guests; beach towels are also included.

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably furnished with interesting decorative elements and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled/operates at certain hours, weather permitting), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Available in a 2+2 occupancy under Type A (DA).

Double Room Garden

These rooms are located in the hotel's garden building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, tiled floor and balcony (2GD). Double room for single use (1GD).

Double Room Type B

With otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these are located in the annex building, have individually controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, are somewhat more spacious, and are located in the new Beach building with tiled floors and sea view (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are located in the new resort building and additionally have a separate living/sleeping area (with connecting door) with garden or side pool view (at the hotelier's discretion) (DF2).

Family Suite

With otherwise the same amenities as the Family Rooms, these are however somewhat more spacious with garden or side pool view (at the hotelier's discretion) (S2).

Garden Family

With otherwise the same amenities and location as the Garden Double Rooms, these are located on the ground floor and have two bedrooms with a connecting door (F2G).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, midnight buffet, snacks throughout the day, as well as coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon and an ice cream hour. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium and imported drinks, special wines, bottled drinks, and fresh fruit juices.

Sports Included
