Location

Located directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Side, particularly popular with families. The town of Side is approx. 2 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus from the main road.

The modern comfort hotel with a total of 750 rooms consists of a central reception building, the resort area with the main building in ancient Egyptian style, and several two- to three-story Mediterranean-furnished garden and beach buildings spread over a spacious, well-maintained garden with shade-providing pine trees on an area of 80,000 m². The main building houses the elegant reception hall with reception, lobby bar, and chic seating areas, the buffet restaurant with terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay in one of the restaurants, subject to availability and prior reservation), various bars, the TV and lounge area, and a disco (drinks included until 2 am), the well-equipped wellness and spa center, and a modern indoor pool (not heated). Various shops, a minimarket, and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge without limits in the lobby, pool area, and on the beach, and for a fee in the rooms. In the extensive garden area, depending on the weather, there are three freshwater swimming pools, one with six water slides (operates at certain hours), a relaxation pool, two separate children's pools, sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, and a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snackbar), loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included for our guests; beach towels are also included.

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably furnished with interesting decorative elements and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled/operates at certain hours, weather permitting), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Available for a 2+2 occupancy under type A (DA).

Double Room Garden

These rooms are located in the hotel's garden building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, tiled flooring, and balcony (2GD). Double room for single use (1GD).

Double Room Type B

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the annexe, have individually controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, are slightly more spacious, and are located in the new beach building with tiled flooring and sea view (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms Superior, these are located in the new resort building and additionally feature a separate living/sleeping area (with connecting door) with garden or side pool view (at the hotelier's discretion) (DF2).

Family Suite

With otherwise the same amenities as the family rooms, these are however slightly more spacious with garden or side pool view (at the hotelier's discretion) (S2).

Garden Family

With otherwise the same amenities and location as the Garden Double Rooms, these are located on the ground floor and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door (F2G).

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late risers' breakfast, midnight buffet, snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and ice cream scoops in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
