Location

This comfortable holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Kumköy. The town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, is approximately 6 km away. Public minibus connections and a taxi stand are available near the hotel.

Facilities

The popular holiday hotel, with an approx. 33,000 m² naturally landscaped garden, has a total of 227 Garden Double Rooms, 11 Garden Family Rooms and 2 rooms for disabled guests on four floors with two panoramic elevators. The various hotel facilities include the reception hall with a reception area, lobby bar and seating, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area and non-smoking zone (international cuisine), various bars, and a satellite TV room with a large screen. In the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the rooms, garden, lobby, bar area, and beach/pool area. The well-kept garden area features a freshwater swimming pool, an extra pool with four water slides (open at certain hours and depending on the weather), a separate children's pool, the pool bar, a sunbathing lawn, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, sunshades, beach towels (available in the room), and mattresses are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Garden Double Room (approx. 27 m² including bathroom)

The tastefully and cozily furnished rooms have a double bed (Kingsize 200x200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel and several German programs, air conditioning (centrally controlled at certain hours and operational depending on the weather), safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM).

Garden Family Room (approx. 44 m² including bathroom)

The facilities are the same as the double rooms, with an additional separate bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door. The tastefully furnished rooms have two satellite LCD TVs, Wi-Fi, and two wardrobes (DF2). Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

Discover new tastes

Meat, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as some dairy products come from our own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

Breakfast and dinner from rich buffets in the main restaurant, as well as a late risers' breakfast from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (served on a plate) included. Some local alcoholic (aged 18 and over) and non-alcoholic drinks, various cocktails at the open bars between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. (July 1st - August 31st from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you will also receive lunch from the hotel buffet and tea/coffee and local pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

In the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Also fresh fruit juices, massages, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and doctor's service (at certain hours).

Included Sports

Two sand tennis courts during the day, tennis rackets and ball rental, table tennis, and billiards for ages 16 and over, as well as the well-equipped fitness center.
