Location

This comfortable holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Kumköy. The town of Side, with its many shops and entertainment venues, is approximately 6 km away. Public minibus services and a taxi stand are available near the hotel.

Facilities

The popular holiday hotel, set in approximately 33,000 m² of natural gardens, has a total of 227 Garden Double Rooms, 11 Garden Family Rooms, and 2 rooms for disabled guests spread across four floors with two panoramic elevators. Hotel facilities include a reception area with a lobby bar and seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area and non-smoking zone (international cuisine), various bars, and a satellite TV room with a large screen. At the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the rooms, garden, lobby, bar area, and beach/pool area. The well-maintained garden features a freshwater swimming pool, an extra pool with four water slides (operates hourly and subject to weather conditions), a separate children's pool, a pool bar, a sunbathing lawn, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels (provided in the room), and mattresses are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Garden Double Room (approx. 27 m² including bathroom)

The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms feature a double bed (King Size 200x200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel and several German programs, air conditioning (centrally controlled hourly and operational depending on weather), safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMS). Direct sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM).

Garden Family Room (approx. 44 m² including bathroom)

The amenities are the same as the double rooms, with an additional, separate sleeping area with two single beds and a connecting door. These tastefully furnished rooms have two satellite LCD TVs, Wi-Fi, and two wardrobes (DF2). Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

Meat, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as some dairy products come from our own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

Breakfast and dinner from extensive buffets in the main restaurant, plus a late riser's breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM (served on a plate) included. Some local alcoholic (ages 18+) and non-alcoholic drinks, various cocktails at the open bars between 9 AM and 12 AM (July 1st - August 31st from 9 AM to 1 AM). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

If you book All Inclusive, you will also receive lunch from the hotel buffet and tea/coffee and traditional pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

At the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM. Also fresh fruit juices, massages, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and doctor's service (hourly).

Sports included

Two sand tennis courts during the day, tennis racket and ball rental, table tennis and billiards for ages 16 and up, as well as the well-equipped fitness center.
