Location

This comfortable holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Kumköy. You can reach the town of Side with its many shopping and entertainment options after approx. 6 km. Public minibus connections and a taxi rank are available near the hotel.

Facilities

The popular holiday hotel with a naturally landscaped garden of approx. 33,000 m² has a total of 227 Garden double rooms, 11 Garden family rooms and 2 rooms for guests with disabilities spread over four floors with two panoramic lifts. Various hotel facilities include the lobby with reception, lobby bar and seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area and non-smoking zone (international cuisine), various bars and a satellite TV room with a large screen. In the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the rooms, the garden, the lobby, the bar area and the beach/pool area. In the well-kept garden, you will find the freshwater swimming pool, an extra pool with four water slides (hourly and weather-dependent), a separate children's pool, the pool bar, a sunbathing area and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, beach towels (available in the room) and pads are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach.

Garden double room (approx. 27 m² including bathroom)

The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms feature a double bed (kingsize 200x200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel and several German channels, air conditioning (centrally controlled by the hour and weather-dependent), safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMS). Direct sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Garden family room (approx. 44 m² including bathroom)

The facilities are the same as the double rooms with an additional, separate bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door. Two satellite LCD TVs, Wi-Fi and two wardrobes are available in the tastefully furnished rooms (DF2). Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

Meat, seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as some dairy products come from our own nature farm.

Ultra Half Board

Breakfast and dinner from rich buffets in the main restaurant as well as late-riser breakfast from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (served on a plate) included. Some local alcoholic (from 18 years) and non-alcoholic drinks, various cocktails at the respective open bars between 9 a.m. and midnight (July 1st–Aug 31st from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you also receive lunch from the hotel buffet and coffee/tea and local pastries in the afternoon.

In the Bahçe Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Also freshly squeezed fruit juices, massages, telephone and fax charges, laundry service as well as medical service (hourly).
