Location

The holiday resort is located about 200 m from the spacious, gently sloping sandy beach (some rocky plates in the sea) (in summer, regular shuttle service to the beach from 10 am to 6 pm). The center of Kumköy can be reached after approx. 1 km and the picturesque old town of Side after approx. 4 km. Public transport is available.

Facilities

Summer:
The modern holiday hotel offers 372 rooms spread across three buildings with five floors. Among the many amenities for a carefree holiday are the stylish reception hall with reception, elevators, chic seating areas and lobby bar, lifts, as well as a satellite TV corner. A main restaurant with a terrace is available, as are various à la carte restaurants (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, one of the restaurants is included once per stay and person, by prior reservation and subject to availability) and other bars, conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's pool (open in the winter season) and the beautiful wellness area. Wi-Fi is available and free in the hotel buildings. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-kept garden, in addition to the animation area, there is the attractively designed pool landscape with a separate children's pool and two water slides (seasonal and hourly), sun terraces, lawns and the pool/snackbar. Here and at the beach with a beach bar, loungers, cushions, sunshades and bath towels are included. Bathing platform from May 1 to October 31 (opening or closing at the discretion of the hotelier).
Winter:
- Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to midnight at the open bars.
- Only soft animation is offered.
- There is no children's animation.
- No shuttle service to the beach is offered.

Accommodation

Double Room

The beautifully decorated rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, kettle, safe (included), coffee/tea setup, marble floor and carpet, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Sea view bookable for an extra charge (DM). In winter also as DZ=EZ for single use (DEM).

Double Room Swim-Up (Summer)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer direct pool access (SWD) (for guests aged 16 and over).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located in less desirable positions (SSZ). In winter, also available as DE=EZ for single use (SSE).

Family Room

In maisonette style spread over two levels, these rooms offer, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, two rooms separated by an open staircase, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are bathrooms and toilets on both floors (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Suite

These suites are larger than the junior suites (approx. 50 m²) with the same amenities and offer pool view (S2). In winter, also available as DZ=EZ for single use (S1).

Junior Suite

These rooms are significantly more spacious than the double rooms with similar amenities and also offer a sofa in the room (JS2). In winter, also available as DZ=EZ for single use (JS1).

Deluxe Suite (Corner Suite/Summer)

With otherwise similar amenities to the junior suite, these rooms offer pool view (S2D).

Suite Type B (AYT831)

The comfortable and spacious suites (approx. 48 sqm) are equipped with central air conditioning, shower/toilet, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, safe, and balcony (SB).
