Location

The holiday property is located approx. 200 m from the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach (some rock slabs in the water; during summer, a regular shuttle service to the beach is provided from 10 am to 6 pm). The center of Kumköy can be reached in approx. 1 km and the picturesque old town of Side is approx. 4 km away. Public transport is available.

Facilities

Summer:
The modern holiday hotel offers 372 rooms distributed across three buildings with five floors. Among the many amenities for carefree holiday days are the stylish lobby with reception, elevators, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar, as well as a satellite TV corner. A main restaurant with a terrace is available, as are various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay and person for a minimum stay of 7 nights, subject to prior reservation and availability), other bars, conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's pool (open during the winter season), and the beautiful wellness area. Wi-Fi is available in the hotel buildings and is free of charge. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-maintained garden, besides the animation area, you will find an attractively designed pool landscape with a separate children's pool and two water slides (seasonal and hourly), sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, and the pool/snackbar. Here and at the beach with a beach bar, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included. Swimming platform open from May 1st to October 31st (opening or closing at the discretion of the hotel management).
Winter:

- only soft animation is offered

Accommodation

Double Room

The very beautifully decorated rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, electric kettle, safe (included), coffee/tea setup, marble floor and carpet, and a balcony or terrace (D). Double room for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). In winter, also available as a double room for single use (DEM).

Double Room Swim-Up (Summer)

With the same features as the standard double rooms, these offer direct pool access (SWD) (for guests aged 16 and older).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the standard double rooms but in a less preferred location (SSZ). In winter, also available as a double room for single use (SSE).

Family Room

In a maisonette style on two levels, these offer similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring two rooms separated by an open staircase, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are bathrooms and toilets on both floors (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Suite

Similar to the Junior Suite but larger (approx. 50 m²) and featuring a pool view (S2). In winter, also available as a double room for single use (S1).

Junior Suite

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are significantly more spacious and also offer a sofa in the room (JS2). In winter, also available as a double room for single use (JS1).

Deluxe Suite (Corner Suite/Summer)

Otherwise similar in amenities to the Junior Suite with pool view (S2D).

Suite Type B (AYT831)

These comfortable and spacious suites (approx. 48 m²) are equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, safe, and a balcony (SB).
