Location

The holiday property is located approx. 200 m from the spacious, gently sloping sandy beach (with some rocky outcrops in the sea); (a regular shuttle service to the beach is provided in summer from 09:00 to 18:00, from April 1st to October 31st). The center of Kumköy can be reached after approx. 1 km and the picturesque old town of Side after approx. 4 km. Public transport is available.

Amenities

Summer:
The modern holiday hotel offers 371 rooms distributed across three five-story buildings. The many amenities for carefree holidays include a stylish lobby with reception, elevators, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar, as well as a satellite TV corner. A main restaurant with a terrace is available, as are various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay and person for a minimum stay of 7 nights, subject to prior reservation and availability), as well as additional bars, conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's pool (open in the winter season), and a beautiful wellness area. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge in the hotel buildings. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for an extra fee. In the well-maintained garden, alongside the animation area, you will find an attractively designed pool landscape with a separate children's pool and two water slides (seasonal and operating for set hours), sun terraces, sunbathing areas, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with its beach bar. Bathing platform from May 1st to October 31st (opening or closing is at the discretion of the hotelier).
Winter:
- Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 to 00:00 at the bars currently in operation.
- Only soft animation is provided.

Double Room

The beautifully decorated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, central air conditioning, minibar, electric kettle, safe (included), coffee/tea setup, marble and carpet flooring, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). Double room for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with sea view (DEM). A folding bed is provided for the 3rd person.

Double Room Swim-Up (Summer)

Offering the same amenities as the double rooms with direct pool access (SWD) (age 16+). From Summer '27 also bookable as double room for single use (SWE). A folding bed is provided for the 3rd person.

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms, but located in a less preferred position (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Family Room

In maisonette style on two levels, they offer similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring two rooms separated by an open staircase, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are bathrooms and toilets on both floors (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Suite

These feature the same amenities as the junior suite but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and have a pool view (S2). In winter, also available as a double room for single use (S1).

Junior Suite

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are significantly more spacious and also offer a sofa in the room (JS2). In winter, also available as a double room for single use (JS1).

Deluxe Suite (Corner Suite/Summer)

With otherwise similar amenities to the junior suite, featuring a pool view (S2D).

Suite Type B (AYT831)

These comfortable and spacious suites of approx. 48 m² are equipped with central air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, safe, and balcony (SB).
