Location

The holiday hotel is located in the Gündoğdu area, approx. 750 m from the extensive sandy/pebble beach. The town centre of Side is approx. 11 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The chic holiday resort has a total of 273 rooms, distributed across three blocks with five floors each (three lifts available). Facilities include the attractive reception hall with a reception area, inviting seating areas, LCD satellite TV corner and lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. There is a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with prior reservation), a Spa Center, a conference room, various shops and a hairdresser (charges apply). In the garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with three water slides (seasonal/weather permitting) and a children's pool. Pool bar. A beach/snackbar is available to our guests on the hotel's own beach section. Sun loungers, cushions and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double room

The spacious rooms (approx. 20-25 m²) are elegantly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, coffee/tea setup and kettle, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room = single room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are in a less preferred location (SSZ). Double room = single room for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

With otherwise identical equipment, these rooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds and are slightly larger (approx. 25-28 m²) than the double rooms (D2X).

Family Room

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door (totaling approx. 30-35 m²) and one bathroom (DF2).

Swim-up Room

The rooms, approx. 22-24 m², have similar amenities to the double rooms and offer direct access to the shared pool for this category (SWD). Double room = single room for single use (SWE).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices.

Children's Program

Mini club (open six days a week) for children aged 3-12 years with hourly supervision and daily animation, and a playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
