The holiday hotel is located in the Gündoğdu area, approximately 750 m from the expansive sandy/pebble beach. The center of Side is about 11 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

This chic holiday destination features a total of 273 rooms spread across three buildings, each with five floors (three elevators available). Various amenities include an appealing lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas, an LCD satellite TV corner, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The hotel also features a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with advance reservation), a spa center, a conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The garden area contains two freshwater swimming pools—one with three waterslides (hourly/weather-dependent)—and a children's pool, as well as a pool bar. A beach/snack bar is available for guests at the hotel's private beach section. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included at the pool and beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double room

The spacious rooms (approx. 20-25 m²) are elegantly furnished and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, coffee/tea setup and electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (DE).

Large double room

With otherwise identical features, these rooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds and are slightly larger (approx. 25-28 m²) than the standard double rooms (D2X).

Family room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door (totaling approx. 30-35 m²) and one bathroom (DF2).

Swim-up room

These approx. 22-24 m² rooms have similar features to the double rooms and offer direct access to the shared pool (SWD). Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Children's program
