Location

The holiday hotel is located in the Gündoğdu area, approx. 750 m from the spacious sand/shingle beach. It is approx. 11 km to the center of Side. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The stylish holiday residence features a total of 273 rooms, distributed across three blocks with five floors each (three elevators available). Various amenities include an appealing lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, an LCD satellite TV corner, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. There is a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with advance reservation), a spa center, a conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The garden area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with three water slides (hourly/weather-dependent), and a children's pool. Pool bar. At the hotel's private beach section, a beach/snack bar is available for our guests. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

Accommodation

Double room

The spacious rooms (approx. 20-25 m²) are elegantly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, coffee/tea setup and electric kettle, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Large double room

With otherwise identical equipment, these rooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds and are slightly larger (approx. 25-28 m²) than the standard double rooms (D2X).

Family room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms separated by a door (total approx. 30-35 m²) and one bathroom (DF2).

Swim-up room

The approx. 22-24 m² rooms have similar equipment to the double rooms and feature direct access to the communal pool for this category (SWD). DR=SR for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices.

Children's program
