Location

The holiday hotel is located in the Gündoğdu area, about 750 m from the extensive sand/pebble beach. The center of Side is about 11 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The chic holiday accommodation has a total of 273 rooms, spread across three blocks, each with five floors (three elevators available). Amenities include the attractive reception hall with a reception area, inviting seating, LCD satellite TV corner, and lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. There is a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with prior reservation), a Spa Center, a conference room, various shops, and a hairdresser, all at a fee. In the garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with three water slides (seasonal/weather permitting) and a children's pool. Pool bar. A beach/snackbar is available to our guests on the hotel's own beach section. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Accommodation

Double room

The spacious rooms (approx. 20-25 m²) are elegantly furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, coffee/tea setup and kettle, satellite TV, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room = Single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location (SSZ). Double room = Single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

With otherwise identical furnishings, these rooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds and are slightly larger (approx. 25-28 m²) than the double rooms (D2X).

Family Room

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, they consist of two rooms separated by a door (total approx. 30-35 m²) and one bathroom (DF2).

Swim-up Room

The rooms, approx. 22-24 m², have similar furnishings to the double rooms and offer direct access to the communal pool of this category (SWD). Double room = Single use (SWE).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Snacks available during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices.

Children's program
