Location

The popular, comfortable hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the well-liked beach promenade and is approx. 10 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shopping opportunities. The international airport in Antalya is about 60 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex, built in an atrium style, consists of three buildings and has a total of 359 rooms on five floors (three lifts available). The hotel's various facilities include the elegant reception hall with a reception (Wi-Fi in the lobby included), comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required for all, one restaurant visit included per 7 nights' stay). Hairdresser, various shops, mini-market (each for a fee). Several bars, disco, satellite TV and games room, conference room, the spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool. In the outdoor area of the hotel, the amphitheater for evening shows, the aquapark (three water slides, for a few hours daily) and the spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, pool/snackbar, and separate children's pool are located. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach section with beach/snackbar, sun loungers, beach towels, and sunshades are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Not all à la carte restaurants are available.
- Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment, no shows.
- Kids' club for a few hours daily (ages 4-12).
- There is no ice cream hour and no children's buffet.
- No à la carte breakfast.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are modernly and comfortably furnished in bright colors and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view (DMS) and direct sea view (DM) are available at an additional charge. Double rooms can be booked for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room Type A

These consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, similar to the double rooms, with one shower/WC and two satellite TVs (2FA).
(Also bookable under AYTA22 as Family Room Type I (DFI/2FA).)

Family Room Type B

These have the same amenities as Family Room Type A, but with two showers/WC and two satellite TVs (2FB).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, various international and local snacks available during the day at the beach, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, fruit buffet in the evening, and a midnight mini-buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and replenished daily. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks and bottled beverages, as well as fresh fruit juices.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter)
