Location

The popular comfort hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is located approximately 10 km from the historical center of Side with its many shopping opportunities. Antalya International Airport is about 60 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern, atrium-style hotel complex consists of three buildings and features a total of 359 rooms across five floors (three elevators available). Various hotel facilities include the elegant lobby with reception (Wi-Fi in the lobby included), comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, and several à la carte restaurants (each with reservation required; one restaurant visit included for stays of 7 nights or more). Hairdresser, various shops, and a mini-market (each for a fee). Multiple bars, a discotheque, a satellite TV and games room, conference room, the spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool. In the hotel's outdoor area, there is an amphitheater for evening shows, an aquapark (three water slides, open at specific hours), and a spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, bath towels, and sunshades are included for our guests here as well as at the hotel's private beach section.
Winter:
- Not all à la carte restaurants are available.
- Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Entertainment is provided via soft animation; no shows.
- Miniclub for children (4-12 years) available at specific hours.
- There is no ice cream hour or children's buffet.
- No à la carte breakfast.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are furnished in a modern and comfortable style in bright tones and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) and direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. Double rooms can be booked for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room Type A

These consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring one shower/WC and two satellite TVs (2FA).
(Additionally bookable under AYTA22 as Family Room Type I (DFI/2FA).)

Family Room Type B

These have the same amenities as the Family Room Type A, but with two showers/WCs and two satellite TVs (2FB).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks on the beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, fruit buffet in the evening, as well as a midnight mini-buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks, bottled drinks, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter)
