Location

The popular comfort hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is located approx. 10 km from the historical center of Side with its many shopping opportunities. Antalya International Airport is about 60 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern atrium-style hotel complex consists of three buildings and features a total of 359 rooms spread across five floors (three lifts available). Various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception (Wi-Fi included in the lobby), cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar; the main restaurant with a terrace; and several à-la-carte restaurants (each by reservation, one restaurant visit included for stays of 7 nights or more). Hairdresser, various shops, and a mini-market (all for a fee). Multiple bars, a discotheque, satellite TV and games room, conference room, a spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool. The outdoor area of the hotel features an amphitheater for evening shows, an aquapark (three water slides, hourly), and a spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, pool/snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, pool towels, and sunshades are included for our guests here as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach/snack bar.
Winter:
- Not all à-la-carte restaurants are available.
- Sun loungers, sunshades, and pool towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment, no shows.
- Miniclub for children (4-12 years) available for limited hours.
- There is no ice cream hour or children's buffet.
- No à-la-carte breakfast.

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms are furnished in a modern and comfortable style with light tones and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) and direct sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM) can be booked.

Family room Type A

These consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with similar amenities to the double rooms, featuring one shower/WC and two satellite TVs (2FA).
(Additionally bookable under AYTA22 as Family room Type I (DFI/2FA).)

Family room Type B

These have the same amenities as the Family rooms Type A, but with two showers/WCs and two satellite TVs (2FB).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks on the beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, fruit buffet in the evening, and a midnight snack buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Additional imported drinks, bottled drinks, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter)
