Location

This popular comfort hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is located approximately 10 km from the historical town center of Side with its many shopping opportunities. Antalya International Airport is about 60 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The modern, atrium-style hotel complex consists of three buildings and has a total of 359 rooms spread over five floors (three elevators available). Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception (Wi-Fi included in the lobby), cozy seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, and various à la carte restaurants (each requires a reservation; one restaurant visit is included for stays of 7 nights or more). Hairdresser, various shops, and a mini-market (each for a fee). Multiple bars, a disco, satellite TV and games room, conference room, spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool. In the hotel's outdoor area, there is an amphitheater for evening shows, an aqua park (three water slides, open by the hour), and a spacious swimming pool area with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, bath towels, and sunshades are included for our guests here as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach/snack bar.
Winter:
- Not all à la carte restaurants are available.
- Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation is offered for entertainment; there are no shows.
- Miniclub for children (4-12 years) open by the hour.
- There is no ice cream hour and no children's buffet.
- No à la carte breakfast.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished in light tones and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) and direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. Double rooms can be booked for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room Type A

These consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and similar amenities to the double rooms, with one shower/WC and two satellite TVs (2FA).
(Additionally bookable under AYTA22 as Family Room Type I (DFI/2FA).)

Family Room Type B

These feature the same amenities as Family Room Type A, but with two showers/WCs and two satellite TVs (2FB).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various international and local snacks on the beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, fruit buffet in the evening, as well as a midnight mini-buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and is replenished daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Further imported drinks, bottled drinks, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
