Location

The popular comfort hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is about 10 km from the historic center of Side with its many shops. The international airport in Antalya is about 60 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The atrium-style modern hotel complex consists of three buildings and has a total of 359 rooms on five floors (three elevators available). The various hotel facilities include the elegant reception hall with a reception (Wi-Fi in the lobby included), cozy seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required for each, one restaurant visit included with a 7-night stay). Hairdresser, various shops, minimarket (each for a fee). Several bars, disco, satellite TV and game room, conference room, the spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool. In the outdoor area of the hotel, the amphitheater for evening shows, the aquapark (three water slides, hourly) and the spacious swimming pool area with sun terraces, pool/snackbar, and separate children's pool are located. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with beach/snackbar, loungers, beach towels, and sunshades are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Not all à la carte restaurants are available.
- Sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment, no shows.
- Kids' club for hourly (ages 4-12).
- There is no ice cream hour and no children's buffet.
- No à la carte breakfast.

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished in bright colors and have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view (DMS) and direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ = SZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM) can be booked.

Family room Type A

They consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, with similar furnishings to the double rooms, with one shower/toilet and two satellite TVs (2FA).
(Additionally bookable under AYTA22 as Family Room Type I (DFI/2FA).)

Family room Type B

They have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Type A, but with two showers/toilets and two satellite TVs (2FB).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks at the beach during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, fruit buffet in the evening, and midnight mini buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Other imported drinks and bottled drinks, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter)
