Location

The holiday complex is located about 300 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. The lively town center of Side is about 8 km away, Manavgat about 13 km. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-run hotel complex consists of four to five-story buildings (7 elevators available) and has a total of 389 rooms. The various hotel facilities include the reception hall with reception, lobby bar, seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the Info Center lobby; Wi-Fi is available for a fee in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. There is also the buffet restaurant, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a modern wellness area and the indoor pool (seasonal). Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-kept garden there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with four water slides (for a few hours in summer and depending on the weather), a separate children's pool and a pool bar/snackbar. The beach bar/snackbar (summer) is also available on the beach. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas and mattresses are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- No late riser breakfast in winter.
- Sun loungers are included on the sun terrace only, weather permitting.
- Pool/beach bar and snack bar are not available.
- Only soft animation during the day.
- Kids club available depending on the weather.
- Sports activities are limited.
- The minibar is stocked daily with 2 bottles of water.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms have a shower/WC, air conditioning (individually or centrally regulated), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe (for a fee), minibar, laminate flooring and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with a French balcony and face the street side (SSZ).

Superior Room

Identical to the double rooms, they have a French bed and a single bed (DSU).

Family Room

With otherwise identical facilities, they have an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and midnight soup. In summer, fish restaurant three times a week, included depending on availability and prior reservation (open from May 15th to October 15th). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the various bars between 10 am and 11:30 pm. Only beer and soft drinks are served on the beach. Your minibar is stocked daily with still water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream, cocktails and Turkish coffee.

Sports Included

Fitness room, darts, table tennis, and in summer also beach volleyball and a tennis court (floodlight and equipment for a fee).

Multilingual kids club for children aged 4-12, open for a few hours (in summer and depending on the weather) and a playground.
