The holiday property is located approximately 300 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. The lively town center of Side is about 8 km away, and Manavgat is approximately 13 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-run hotel complex consists of four to five-story building sections (7 elevators available) and has a total of 389 rooms. Various hotel facilities include the lobby with reception, lobby bar, and seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the Info Center Lobby; in the rooms and other areas of the hotel, Wi-Fi is available for a fee. There is also a buffet restaurant, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a modern wellness area, and an indoor pool (seasonal). Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-kept garden, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one of which has four water slides (open hourly in summer, weather permitting), a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. A beach/snack bar (summer) is also available on the beach. Sun loungers and parasols are included there and by the pool. Bath towels are provided free of charge.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- No late riser breakfast in winter.
- Sun loungers are included on the sun terrace only, weather permitting.
- Pool/beach bar and snack bar are not available.
- Only soft animation during the day.
- Mini club available weather permitting.
- Sports activities are limited.
- Minibar is stocked daily with 2 bottles of water and mineral water.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE).

Identical to the double rooms, with a French balcony and located on the street side (SSZ).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight soup. In summer, the fish restaurant is included three times a week, subject to weather conditions, availability, and advance reservation (open 15.5.-15.10.). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the various bars between 10:00 AM and 11:30 PM. Only beer and soft drinks are offered at the beach. Your minibar is stocked daily with still water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
