The holiday resort is located approx. 300 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. The lively town center of Side is about 8 km away, and Manavgat is about 13 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-run hotel complex consists of four to five-story buildings (7 elevators available) and offers a total of 389 rooms. The various hotel facilities include the reception area with reception, lobby bar, seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the Info Center Lobby; Wi-Fi is available for a fee in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. There is also the buffet restaurant, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a modern wellness area, and the indoor pool (seasonal). Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-kept garden, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one of which has four water slides (open for a few hours in summer and depending on the weather), a separate children's pool, and a pool/snack bar. The beach/snack bar (summer) is also available on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge.
The following restrictions apply in winter:
- No late riser breakfast in winter.
- Sun loungers are included on the sun terrace only, depending on the weather.
- Pool/beach bar and snack bar are not available.
- Only soft animation during the day.
- Kids' club available depending on the weather.
- Sports activities are limited.
- The minibar is stocked daily with 2 bottles of water.

The friendly furnished rooms have a shower/WC, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe (for a fee), minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, with a French balcony and a street-side view (SSZ).

With otherwise identical amenities, these rooms feature an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. In summer, the fish restaurant is included three times a week, subject to availability and prior reservation (open from 15.5.-15.10.). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the various bars between 10 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Only beer and soft drinks are served at the beach. Your minibar is stocked daily with still water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ice cream, cocktails, and Turkish coffee.

Fitness room, darts, table tennis, and in summer also beach volleyball and a tennis court (floodlights and equipment for a fee).

Multilingual kids' club for children aged 4-12 years (in summer and depending on the weather) operating for a few hours daily, and a playground.

Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages and beauty center are available for a fee.

Telephone and fax charges, as well as laundry service, are available for a fee.

A varied animation program during the day and in the evening.
