The hotel complex is located approx. 250 m from the fine sandy beach of Side-Colakli. The nearest town of Colakli is approx. 2 km away, Manavgat is approx. 12 km away, and Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, can be reached after approx. 9 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday residence has a main building and six annexes, each with four to five floors and a total of 203 rooms. Central facilities include an inviting reception area with a front desk, seating areas, and lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, several bars, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the entire complex. Various shops and a conference room are available (for a fee). In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (open by the hour), a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar).
