The hotel complex is located approx. 250 m from the fine sandy beach of Side-Colakli. The nearest town in Colakli is approx. 2 km away, Manavgat approx. 12 km away, and Side with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 9 km away. The holiday accommodation has a main building and six secondary buildings, each with four to five floors, and a total of 203 rooms. Central facilities include the inviting reception area with seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, several bars, Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Various shops and a conference room (for a fee). In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (operated at certain hours), a pool bar and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach (with beach bar).

The minibar is stocked daily with a bottle of water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory. Appropriate attire is requested.
