The hotel complex is located approx. 250 m from the fine sandy beach of Side-Colakli. The nearest town in Colakli is approx. 2 km away, Manavgat approx. 12 km, and Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities can be reached after approx. 9 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday accommodation has a main building and six annex buildings, each with four to five floors, offering a total of 203 rooms. Central facilities include the inviting reception area with seating groups and lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, several bars, Wi-Fi is included throughout the premises. Various shops and a conference room (for a fee). The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (seasonal opening hours), a pool bar and sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar).

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, satellite LED TV, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE).
