The hotel complex is located approx. 250 m from the fine sandy beach of Side-Colakli. The nearest village of Colakli is approx. 2 km away, Manavgat is approx. 12 km away, and Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, can be reached after approx. 9 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday property features a main building and six annex buildings, each with four to five floors and a total of 203 rooms. Central facilities include an inviting lobby area with reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar; a main restaurant with a terrace; an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with reservation); and several bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Various shops and a conference room (for a fee) are also available. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (open by the hour), a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar).
