Location

The modern family hotel is located in the up-and-coming holiday area of Colakli. It is situated directly on the long, gently sloping hotel's own sandy beach, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The distance to the ancient city of Side is approx. 8 km, and to the provincial capital Manavgat it is about 13 km.

Summer:
The modern hotel of the popular "Alba" chain has a total of 324 rooms on five floors. Facilities include a spacious reception area with a reception desk, lifts, inviting seating areas and lobby bar. Furthermore, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (once a week, one of the two is included with prior reservation and subject to availability), several bars, a disco, kiosk (for a fee), indoor pool (heated depending on the season) and whirlpool, as well as a modern spa and wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. In the well-kept garden complex, besides the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there is also the freshwater swimming pool landscape with four water slides (hourly and weather permitting) and a separate children's pool, sun terrace and pool/snack bar. Loungers (integrated cushions), beach towels (changed once a day) and sunshades are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach (with beach bar/weather permitting).
Winter:
The following additional services and restrictions apply in winter:
- The indoor pool and whirlpool are heated depending on the weather.
- Snacks available hourly in the afternoon.
- There is no ice cream hour.
- Babysitting is not available.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment.
- Only one bar is open until midnight.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe (for a fee), LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operates according to weather and hours), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring and balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with lateral sea view or sea view can be booked at an additional charge (balcony only) (DMS/DM). From Winter 25/26, a double room with lateral sea view on the upper floors can be booked (DOS). Double room for single use is only possible for garden view and lateral sea view (DE/DES). From Winter 25/26, double room for single use can also be booked with sea view (DEM).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms, some with bath/WC, and are located in less favorable positions and without a balcony (for Summer 25 SOZ).
From Winter 25/26, can be booked with a balcony (SSZ).

Double Room Superior

With otherwise identical furnishings to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and have a balcony or terrace (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMU/from Winter 25/26 D2S). From Winter 25/26, also bookable as a double room for single use (DSE/1SD/DME).

Large Double Room

These rooms have the same furnishings as the double rooms, plus an additional bunk bed for children, with a balcony or terrace (D2X/from Summer 26 DE2).
(Additionally bookable under AYTC18 as Large Double Room Type B (GDB).)

Family Room

These rooms, with similar furnishings to the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, and an LCD satellite TV each. They have a terrace or a balcony (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room Type B

These rooms, with similar furnishings to the double rooms, have two rooms with separate entrances, a connecting door, two bathrooms, two air conditioners, two minibars, two TVs, and two balconies or terraces (2FB).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late risers' breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice cream hour and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at specific times and at one bar 24 hours a day. As well as some imported drinks. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
