Location

The modern family hotel is located in the up-and-coming holiday area of Colakli. It is situated directly on the long, gently sloping private sandy beach, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The distance to the ancient city of Side is approx. 8 km, and to the provincial capital Manavgat, it is about 13 km.

Summer:
This modern hotel, part of the popular "Alba" chain, has a total of 324 rooms spread across five floors. Facilities include a spacious reception area with a reception desk, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Furthermore, there is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one of which can be used once a week with prior reservation and subject to availability, included), several bars, a discotheque, a kiosk (for a fee), an indoor pool (heated seasonally) and whirlpool, as well as a modern spa and wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. The well-maintained garden features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool complex with four water slides (operated at certain hours and depending on weather conditions) and a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), beach towels (changed once daily), and umbrellas are available free of charge for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach bar/weather permitting).
Winter:
The following additional services and restrictions apply in winter:
- The indoor pool and whirlpool are heated depending on the weather.
- Snacks are available hourly in the afternoon.
- There is no ice cream hour.
- Babysitting is not available.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment.
- Only one bar is open until midnight.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably equipped with a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, rental safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operational depending on weather and hours), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with partial sea view or sea view are bookable at an extra charge (balcony only) (DMS/DM). From Winter 25/26, a double room with a partial sea view on the upper floors can be booked (DOS). Double rooms for single occupancy are only possible with land view and partial sea view (DE/DES). From Winter 25/26, double rooms for single occupancy can also be booked with sea view (DEM).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, some with bath/WC, and are located in a less preferred position with a balcony (SSZ).

Superior Double Room

While otherwise equally equipped as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and offer a balcony or terrace (DSU). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (DMU/from Winter 25/26 D2S). From Winter 25/26, also bookable as a double room for single occupancy (DSE/1SD/DME).

Large Double Room

These rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, have an additional bunk bed for children, with a balcony or terrace (D2X/from Summer 26 DE2).
(Additionally bookable under AYTC18 as Large Double Room Type B (GDB).)

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with an connecting door, one bathroom, and an LCD satellite TV each. They have a terrace or a balcony (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room Type B

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with separate entrances, a connecting door, two bathrooms, two air conditioners, two minibars, and two TVs, as well as two balconies or terraces (2FB).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at specific times and at one bar 24 hours a day, as well as some imported drinks. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ultra AI (AYTC18-Summer 25)

Same elements as in AI+, but some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day.
