Location

The modern family hotel is located in the up-and-coming resort area of Colakli. It is situated directly on the long, gently shelving, hotel-owned sandy beach, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The distance to the ancient city of Side is approx. 8 km, and it is about 13 km to the provincial capital, Manavgat.

Facilities

Summer:
The modern hotel, part of the popular ''Alba'' chain, features a total of 324 rooms spread over five floors. Various facilities include a spacious lobby with a reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Furthermore, there is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (one of the two can be used once a week with prior reservation and subject to availability), several bars, a disco, a kiosk (for a fee), an indoor pool (heated seasonally), a whirlpool, and a modern spa and wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. In the well-kept garden area, alongside the amphitheater (not in operation during the winter season) for evening entertainment, you will find the freshwater swimming pool landscape with three water slides (slides are located in the park area and are open hourly and weather-dependent) and a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), bath towels (changed once per day), and sun umbrellas are available to our guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach bar/weather-dependent).
Winter:
The following additional services and restrictions apply in winter:
- The indoor pool and whirlpool are heated depending on the weather
- Snacks available for a few hours in the afternoon
- Babysitting is not available
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment
- Only one bar is open until midnight
- Miniclub, outdoor pools, and outdoor activities are available depending on weather conditions.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, rental safe (So26+W2627), safe (from So27), LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and operated by the hour), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with side sea view or sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS/DM). Double room for single use on the land side and with side sea view is possible (DE/DES). Double room for single use can also be booked with sea view (DEM).

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms, partially with bath/WC, and are located in a less preferred position with a balcony (SSZ).

Superior Double Room

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and offer a balcony or terrace (DSU). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMU/So.26 D2S). Double room for single use can be booked (DSE/So.26 1SD/DME).

Large Double Room

These feature the same equipment elements as the double rooms, plus an additional double sofa bed and a balcony (D2X/So26 DE2).

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, and one LCD satellite TV each. They have a balcony (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room Type B

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with separate entrances, a connecting door, two bathrooms, two air conditioning units, two minibars, two TVs, as well as two balconies (2FB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at specific times as well as at a bar 24 hours a day. Also some imported drinks. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
