Location

The modern family hotel is located in the up-and-coming resort area of Colakli. It is situated directly on the long, gently sloping private sandy beach, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The distance to the ancient city of Side is approx. 8 km, and it is about 13 km to the provincial capital of Manavgat.

Summer:
The modern hotel of the popular "Alba" chain features a total of 324 rooms spread over five floors. Various facilities include the spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Furthermore, there is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (one of the two is included once per week, upon reservation and subject to availability), several bars, a disco, a kiosk (for a fee), an indoor pool (heated seasonally), a whirlpool, and a modern spa and wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. In the well-kept garden area, alongside the amphitheater (not in operation during the winter season) for evening entertainment, you will find the freshwater swimming pool landscape with four water slides (open hourly and subject to weather conditions), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), beach towels (changed once per day), and sun umbrellas are available for our guests free of charge at the pool and the beach (with beach bar, subject to weather).
Winter:
The following additional services and restrictions apply in winter:
- The indoor pool and whirlpool are heated depending on weather conditions
- Snacks are provided for a few hours in the afternoon
- Babysitting is not available
- Soft entertainment is offered
- Only one bar is open until midnight
- Miniclub, outdoor pools, and outdoor activities are available depending on weather conditions.

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms are comfortably equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe for rent, LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, subject to weather and operating for limited hours), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with partial sea view or sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). Double rooms for single use are available on the land side and with partial sea view (DE/DES). Double rooms for single use can also be booked with sea view (DEM).

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms, some with bath/WC, and are located in a less preferred position with a balcony (SSZ).

Superior double room

These are slightly more spacious than the standard double rooms but otherwise have the same facilities and offer a balcony or terrace (DSU). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (W26/27 DMU/So.26 D2S). Double rooms for single use can be booked (W26/27 DSE/So.26 1SD/DME).

Large double room

These feature the same equipment as the double rooms and additionally include a double sofa bed and a balcony (Wi 26/27 D2X/So26 DE2).

Family room

These have similar features to the double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, and each has an LCD satellite TV. They have a balcony (DF2).

Deluxe family room Type B

These have similar features to the double rooms and consist of two rooms with separate entrances, a connecting door, two bathrooms, two air conditioning units, two minibars, two TVs, and two balconies (2FB).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late riser breakfast, daytime snacks, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at specific times and at one bar 24 hours a day, as well as some imported drinks. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ultra AI (AYTC18-Summer 25)

Same elements as in the AI+; however, some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day.
