The exceptional comfort hotel is located directly on the spacious, gently sloping sandy beach of Colakli. There are some shopping opportunities nearby, and the historic center of Side can be reached in about 9 km. Manavgat is approx. 14 km and Antalya Airport approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the street.

Summer:
The spacious hotel complex was built in a Moorish style and comprises a total of 579 rooms, spread across eight different buildings with up to six floors. Amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area (included), inviting seating areas and lobby bar, ten elevators, the main restaurant with terrace, five à la carte restaurants (for a fee), bistro, patisserie, other bars, and a disco, as well as a well-equipped wellness area. The shopping arcade, game room with various activities, hairdresser, and conference room are available for a fee. The extensive garden complex features an amphitheater, an amusement park, and an aquapark with water slides, as well as a beautifully landscaped freshwater pool area with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge around the pool and on the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), weather permitting. Towel service is located on floor -2.
Winter:
- The indoor pool with a separate children's pool is heated from November 1st to March 31st and is only open in winter. A whirlpool is available.
- Sun loungers and towels (once daily, same-day exchange for a fee) are available free of charge in the indoor pool from November 1st to March 31st.
- Entertainment includes daytime animation and occasional live music and shows in the evenings.
- Mini-club activities take place indoors.
- Outdoor sports are not offered.
- Outdoor facilities and amenities are not available from November 1st to March 31st.
- The terrace of the main restaurant is closed.
- Boccia, beach volleyball, water polo, and all outdoor activities do not take place.

Double room

The attractively and stylishly decorated rooms offer a bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, a double and a single bed, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, central air conditioning (hourly and weather-dependent), minibar, kettle with coffee & tea setup, carpeted and ceramic flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view and sea view are bookable for an extra charge (DMS/DM). DZ = SZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, they feature two separate bedrooms with an connecting door and a bathtub/toilet (DF2). Sea view bookable for an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room Type I (AYTA96)

These duplex family rooms offer space of approx. 80 sqm and have a double bed with a bathtub/toilet on the upper floor and 2 single beds, a shower and toilet on the lower floor (DFI).
Also bookable with sea view (FMI).

Suite (AYTA96)

With otherwise the same amenities as the double room, they are more spacious and consist of one large room with a French bed and a single bed, a seating area, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Superior Double Room (AYTA96)

With otherwise the same amenities as the double room, they are more modernly furnished and slightly more spacious (DSU).
Also bookable for single use (DSE), with side sea view (D2S/1SD) or sea view (DMU/DME).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet style (each with a diet corner), late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks by the beach and pool throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily. Wearing an Ultra All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
