Location

The exceptional luxury hotel is located directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach of Colakli. There are several shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, and the historic center of Side can be reached after about 9 km. Manavgat is approx. 14 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the road.

Summer:
The spacious hotel complex was built in a Moorish style and comprises a total of 579 rooms spread across eight different building blocks with up to six floors. Many amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area included, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, ten elevators, the main restaurant with a terrace, five à la carte restaurants (for a fee), a bistro, patisserie, additional bars, and a nightclub, as well as a well-equipped wellness area. The shopping arcade, the game room with various activities, the hairdresser, and the conference room are all available for a fee. In the expansive garden area, alongside the amphitheater and a theme park as well as an aqua park with water slides, there is also a beautifully landscaped freshwater pool complex with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included around the pool and at the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), subject to weather conditions. Towels are issued on floor -2.
Winter:
-The indoor pool with a separate children's pool is heated from 1.11. to 31.3. and is only open in winter. A whirlpool is available.
-Sun loungers and towels (once daily, changing on the same day for a fee) are available for free in the indoor pool from 1.11. to 31.3.
-Entertainment includes daytime animation and occasional live music and shows in the evening.
-Miniclub activities take place indoors.
-Outdoor sports are not offered.
-Outdoor facilities and amenities are not usable from 1.11. to 31.3.
-The terrace of the main restaurant is closed.
-Boccia, beach volleyball, water polo, and all outdoor activities do not take place.

Accommodation

Double Room

The attractively and stylishly decorated rooms offer you a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, central air conditioning (hourly and weather-dependent), minibar, kettle with coffee & tea set-up, carpet and ceramic flooring, and a balcony (D). Side and direct sea views can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

These rooms have otherwise similar features to the double rooms, with two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathtub/WC (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Family Room Type I (AYTA96)

These duplex family rooms offer space on approx. 80 m² and feature a double bed with a bathtub/WC on the upper floor and 2 single beds, shower, and WC on the lower floor (DFI).
Optionally also bookable with a sea view (FMI).

Suite (AYTA96)

These are more spacious than the double rooms but have the same features, consisting of one large room with a French bed and a single bed, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Double Room Superior (AYTA96)

These have the same features as the double rooms but are more modernly furnished and slightly more spacious (DSU).
Optionally bookable for single use (DSE), with partial sea view (D2S/1SD), or sea view (DMU/DME).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (each with a diet corner), late-riser breakfast, various international and local snacks on the beach and by the pool during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Diverse local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as some import drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed juices, further import drinks, luxury drinks, and bottled drinks.
