Location

The exceptional comfort hotel is located directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach of Colakli. There are some shopping facilities nearby, and the historic center of Side can be reached after about 9 km. Manavgat is approx. 14 km away and Antalya Airport approx. 55 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the street.

Summer:
The spacious hotel complex was built in Moorish style and comprises a total of 579 rooms, spread across eight different building blocks with up to six floors. The many amenities include the elegant reception hall with reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area included, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, ten elevators, the main restaurant with terrace, five à la carte restaurants (for a fee), bistro, patisserie, other bars and the disco, as well as the well-equipped wellness area. The shopping arcade, the game room with various activities, the hairdresser and the conference room, all for a fee. In the extensive garden complex, besides the amphitheater and an amusement park and aquapark with water slides, there is also the beautifully landscaped freshwater pool area with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge around the pool and on the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), weather permitting. Towel rental is located on floor -2.
Winter:
- The indoor pool with a separate children's pool is heated from November 1st to March 31st and is only open in winter. Whirlpool available.
- Sun loungers and bath towels (once daily, change on the same day for a fee) are available free of charge in the indoor pool from November 1st to March 31st.
- Entertainment includes daytime animation and occasional live music and shows in the evening.
- Miniclub activities take place indoors.
- Outdoor sports are not offered.
- Outdoor facilities and amenities are not available from November 1st to March 31st.
- The terrace of the main restaurant is closed.
- Boules, beach volleyball, water polo, and all outdoor activities do not take place.

Accommodation

Double Room

The appealing and stylishly decorated rooms offer a bath/toilet, hairdryer, a double and a single bed, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, central air conditioning (hourly and weather-dependent), minibar, kettle with coffee & tea set-up, carpet and ceramic flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view and sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, they have two separate bedrooms with an connecting door and a bath/toilet (DF2). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room Type I (AYTA96)

These duplex family rooms offer space of approx. 80 m² and have a double bed with bath/toilet on the upper floor and 2 single beds, shower and toilet on the lower floor (DFI).
Also bookable with sea view (FMI) as an option.

Suite (AYTA96)

With otherwise identical amenities to the double room, these are more spacious and consist of a large room with a French bed and a single bed, a seating area, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Double Room Superior (AYTA96)

With otherwise identical amenities to the double room, these are more modernly furnished and slightly more spacious (DSU).
Also bookable as a single room (DSE), with side sea view (D2S/1SD) or sea view (DMU/DME) as an option.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet (each with diet corner), late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks on the beach and by the pool during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the patisserie in the afternoon, and midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
