Summer:
This luxurious holiday resort, part of the well-known Barut hotel chain, is situated on a 135,000 m² property in the Lara tourist area. The comfort hotel offers a total of 468 rooms of various types, distributed across the main building, garden buildings (both with elevators), and the Lagoon section. Among the numerous hotel facilities are the modern lobby with a reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel), and a lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (unlimited use based on availability and reservation, the new patisserie, several bars, a nightclub (for ages 16+), cinema, a beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool via a tunnel, heated in winter depending on the weather) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. The hotel also features various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (all at an additional charge). In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the Lagoon area, the new aquapark with a King Kobra water slide (open at specific hours), another pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Sunshades, loungers, and beach towels are included for guests by the pool and on the beach (with a bathing platform featuring loungers and a sun canopy).
An extraordinary experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, located in a privileged natural setting, spread over an area of 25,000 m² and available in four different categories. Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as access to the Weik à la carte restaurant or Bayou Bar, which are exclusively for villa guests, or the pavilions on the beach specially reserved for villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under code AYT025.

Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX)

These rooms, measuring 38-40 m², are located in the main building and offer a side sea view. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, and a sofa. They feature a side sea view and a balcony (DDS). Double room for single use (EDD). Rooms with side sea/pool view (MPX). Double room for single use (1PX). Alternatively, rooms with a direct sea view and two sun loungers on the balcony are available at an additional charge (room size: 48-50 m²: DDM). Double room for single use (1DM/from Wi'25 DM1).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

These rooms are located in the garden building with a garden view, slightly smaller but otherwise equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Deluxe Double Room Swim Up

Located in the garden area and on the ground floor with a terrace featuring two sun loungers and direct pool access, as well as pool view (bookable for children aged 6+ years) (DWU). Double room for single use (WU1).

Corner Suite

These suites with sea view are located in the main building. While otherwise similar in amenities and size to the Deluxe Double Rooms, they feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, as well as a whirlpool and sun loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room for single use (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two shower/WC facilities, two televisions, and otherwise similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, along with a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

These rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95 m²) than the Type A family rooms, with a direct pool view, a large terrace, seating areas, and access to the communal pool for this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

These rooms are located in the Lagoon area and feature a balcony with seating and are not on the ground floor (LD2). Double room for single use (L1D).

Junior Suite

These Junior Suites with garden view are located in the Lagoon area on the upper floors and consist of a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A cozy seating area is located in the living room. Additionally, there is individual air conditioning and two televisions, with other amenities similar to the Deluxe Double Rooms (JS2). Double room for single use (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these suites are slightly larger, located on the upper floors of the Lagoon area, and feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating area, a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rain shower. The large terrace with garden/pool view includes two sun loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room for single use (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the Lagoon area. Features 2 Queen-size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite channels, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and tea-coffee set. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet or in the all-day dining à la carte restaurant (included without prior reservation), with breakfast options also available in the garden, late riser breakfast, a snack restaurant in the garden area during the day without reservation, various pastries, and scoop ice cream service at the patisserie. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) and imported beverages are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked upon arrival with beer, soft drinks, still water, and mineral water and is refilled daily.
