Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is situated on a 135,000 m² property in the Lara tourist area. The comfort hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, spread across the main building, garden buildings (both with lifts) and the Lagoon section. Among the many hotel facilities are the modern lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas (Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas) and lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (usable unlimitedly depending on availability and reservation, the new patisserie, various bars, nightclub (for ages 16+), cinema, the beautiful seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool by a tunnel, heated in winter depending on the weather) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. The hotel also has various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, there are a total of four swimming pools, a pool with a bar in the Lagoon area, the new aquapark with a King Cobra water slide (operates at certain hours), another pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Sunshades, loungers, and beach towels are included for guests by the pool and on the beach (jetty with loungers and sun canopy).
An extraordinary experience awaits at one of the 24 Bayou Villas, privileged in unique natural settings across an area of 25,000 m², available in four different categories. Here, numerous privileges can be enjoyed, such as the Weik à la carte restaurant or the Bayou Bar, which can only be used by Villa guests, or the pavilions specially provided for Villa guests on the beach, and much more. Deluxe Double Room (DDS/MPX/2DM)

These rooms, measuring 38-40 m², are located in the main building and offer a side sea view. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi included, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, as well as a sofa, side sea view, and balcony (DDS). Double room = single use (EDD). Rooms with side sea/pool view (MPX). Double room = single use (1PX). Or with a direct sea view, then bookable with two loungers on the balcony at an extra charge (room size: 48-50 m²: 2DM/Summer 26 DDM). Double room = single use (1DM/from Winter '25 DM1).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

Located in the garden building with a garden view, these rooms are slightly smaller but otherwise have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2). Double room = single use (DD1).

Double Deluxe Swim Up Room

Located in the garden area and on the ground floor with a terrace featuring two loungers and direct pool access with pool view (bookable for children aged 6 and over) (SWX/Summer '26 DWU). Double room = single use (WU1).

Corner Suite

These sea-view suites are located in the main building. With amenities and size similar to the Deluxe Double Rooms, they feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, as well as a whirlpool and loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room = single use (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two bedrooms separated by a door, two bathrooms/WCs, two TVs, otherwise similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

The rooms are located on the ground floor and are significantly larger (90-95 m²) than the Type A family rooms, with a direct pool view, a large terrace, seating areas, and access to the shared pool for this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the Lagoon area, have a balcony with seating, and are not on the ground floor (LD2). Double room = single use (L1D).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites with garden view are located in the Lagoon area on the upper floors and have a bedroom and a separate living room. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A comfortable seating area is located in the living room. Additionally, there is individual air conditioning and two TVs, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms (JS2). Double room = single use (JS1).

Penthouse Suite

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these suites are slightly larger, located in the Lagoon area, and feature a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating area, a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rain shower. The large terrace with garden/pool view includes two loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room = single use (1PH).

Deluxe Lagoon Access/Swim Up

Located in the Lagoon area. 2 Queen Size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. Smart room automation system, vanity table and mirror, WC, split air conditioning, telephone, 55-inch LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast, satellite transmission, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, hairdryer, curling iron, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, safe, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and tea/coffee set. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic (including fresh orange juice) and imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bars.
