Summer:
The luxurious holiday resort of the well-known Barut hotel chain is located on a 135,000 m² plot in the tourism area of Lara. The comfortable hotel has a total of 468 rooms of various types, spread across the main building, garden buildings (lifts available in each), and the Lagoon section. The hotel's many facilities include a modern lobby with reception, cozy seating areas (Wi-Fi is included in all hotel areas), and a lobby bar, as well as the buffet restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), various à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited use based on availability and reservation), the new patisserie, various bars, a nightclub (ages 16+), a cinema, the beautiful heated seawater indoor pool (connected to the outdoor pool by a tunnel, heated in winter depending on weather conditions) with a separate children's pool, and the 2,000 m² wellness and spa center. In addition, the hotel has various shops, a mini-market, conference rooms, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, there are four swimming pools in total, a pool with a bar in the lagoon area, the new aquapark with King Kobra water slide (hourly), an additional pool bar, sun terraces, and the beach and cocktail bar. Parasols, sun loungers, and bath towels are included for guests at the pool and beach (pier with loungers and sun canopy).
An exceptional experience is offered by one of the 24 Bayou Villas, which enjoy a privileged position in a unique natural setting and are spread over an area of 25,000 m². Here, guests can enjoy numerous privileges, such as the Weik à-la-carte restaurant or Bayou Bar, which are reserved exclusively for villa guests, as well as private beach pavilions available specifically for villa guests, and much more. These villas can be booked under the code AYT025.

Located in the Lagoon area. 2 queen-size beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. These 38-40 m² rooms are located in the main building and offer side sea views. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished with shower/WC, hair dryer, slippers and bathrobe, laminate flooring, direct-dial telephone, inclusive Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, 55" LCD Ultra HD Smart IP satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, coffee machine, and sofa, side sea views, and balcony (DDS). Double room for single use (EDD). Room with side sea/pool view (MPX). Double room for single use (1PX). Deluxe Double Room Side Pool/Side Sea View (AYT846)

The rooms are similar in layout and size to the Deluxe Double rooms, but have a side pool or side sea view. Bookable for single occupancy, or with 1 adult + 2 children (DDA) or as Type B with an occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (K2D).

Double Deluxe Garden Building (DD2)

Located in the garden building with garden views, slightly smaller but otherwise featuring the same equipment as the Deluxe Double rooms (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Double Deluxe Swim up

Corner Suite

The suites with sea views are located in the main building and, with similar features and size to the Deluxe Double rooms, offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a sofa bed, and a whirlpool and sun loungers on the terrace (CSZ). Double room for single use (CZ1).

Deluxe Family Suite Type A

These attractive room types in the garden area offer two separate bedrooms connected by a door, two bathrooms with shower/WC, two televisions, and otherwise similar features to the Deluxe Double rooms, plus a balcony or terrace with garden views (ASF).

Deluxe Family Suite Type B

Located on the ground floor, these rooms are significantly larger (90-95m²) than the Family Suites Type A, featuring direct pool views, a large terrace, seating areas, and pool access to the shared pool of this room category (B2F).

Lagoon Double Room

The rooms are located in the lagoon area, have a balcony with seating, and are not located on the ground floor (LD2). Double room for single use (L1D).

Junior Suite (AYT025)

The Junior Suites with garden views are located in the lagoon area on the upper floors and feature a bedroom and a living room without a connecting door. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa. A cozy seating area is provided in the living room. They also feature individual air conditioning and two televisions, with otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double rooms (JS2). Double room for single use (JS1).

Penthouse Suite (AYT025)

In addition to the same features as the Deluxe Double rooms, these suites are slightly larger, located on the upper floors of the lagoon area, and offer a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a seating area, and a bathroom in the style of a Turkish hammam with a rainfall shower. The large terrace with garden/pool view includes two sun loungers and a whirlpool (PHS). Double room for single use (1PH).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets or in the all-day dining a la carte (included without advance reservation), as well as breakfast options in the garden, late-riser breakfast, a snack restaurant in the garden area during the day without reservation, various pastries, and ice cream service in the patisserie. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) as well as imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, table water, and mineral water upon arrival and is refilled daily.
