The hotel's shuttle service to Manavgat/Side and Alanya is included. Both towns are approximately 35 km away from the hotel. The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 79 km.

The resort hotel, particularly popular with German regular guests, has 498 rooms spread across the main building with five floors and the annex building with seven floors. Several panoramic elevators are available. It offers its guests an elegant lobby with reception, seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various specialty restaurants, several bars, a hairdresser, various shops and a game hall (each for a fee) with several attractions and the appealing wellness center with indoor pool and separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the reception area and in the rooms. In the spacious, very well-maintained garden, besides the amphitheater for evening events and a small amusement park, there is also the large freshwater pool landscape with three swimming pools, including the relaxation pool (access from 15 years), three children's pools and an aquapark with five water slides for children, as well as an aquapark with six water slides for adults, and the sun terrace with pool/snackbar. Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach bar, subject to weather conditions.

The comfortable and spacious rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, centrally controlled), satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe and balcony (D). They offer the same amenities as the double rooms, are located in the annex building, have a second bedroom with a connecting door and side sea view (FS2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as ice cream hour and midnight snack. You have the option to dine once per stay in each of the seven à la carte restaurants, subject to reservation/availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including freshly squeezed orange juice) as well as some imported drinks at the respective open bars around the clock.
